My wife and I rolled into Skyway Bar and Grill on our way to “Govy” for her birthday getaway—and they absolutely delivered. The BBQ was smoky, tender, and so good I nearly wept into my brisket. Special shout-out to the Mr. E BBQ sauce… no idea who Mr. E is, but I’d let him cater my last meal.

But the real magic? The outdoor seating. Imagine someone crossed a fairy garden with a rock ‘n’ roll backyard BBQ—that’s what you’re walking into. We got the bird cage table, which basically makes you feel like the most pampered parrots in Oregon.
