“I was nervous when I saw MacGregor's Whiskey Bar had relocated but fortunately an employee stayed behind. Same atmosphere, slightly different menu but the gal that works there is hyper knowledgeable on her whiskeys (rum too) and made it all the more a great experience for me and my cousin who was visiting the US for the first time.“

“Great local bar. Drinks are always cold and their menu is actually really good. Burgers are all great, chef salad is always fresh and HUGE, the bayway dip and club sandwich are also favorites. I saw a previous review that said they "don't have a menu" while this might be true- they don't HAND you a menu- they definitely have a large selection that's hand written down on a board and easy to read. Staff is always very friendly and efficient. Friendly patrons and ambiance. Great stop along the 101!“
“We came here after The Winery at Manzanita employees were rude. So glad we did! The owner is sweet and let us taste some wines before we purchased glasses and a bottle. She provided extra chairs and we got comfortable on the patio tables. We will be back!“
“Cute little winery with a great patio! They are dog & kid friendly, with games to play while at your table. The service was fantastic, and everyone was so chill! Loved the Pinot Flight and the food. I look forward to coming back & grabbing a bottle to fly home with!“

“Craving that hole-in-the-wall bar experience where everyone knows your name? Look no further than Ghost Hole Bar, the charming coastal hangout that feels like home. This local legend may look a little rough around the edges, but don't let that fool you - the drinks are cheap and the characters are priceless.- Well-worn wooden bar has seen it all, from sailors to bikers to you- Jukebox filled with classics to sing along and reminisce to- Get lucky with lottery tickets and video poker to pass the time- No fancy frills, just good times with salt-of-the-earth localsNestled right on the coast, Ghost Hole Bar attracts an eclectic crowd of lifelong regulars and visitors looking to soak up authentic local flavor. Sip on ice-cold beers, Bloody Marys garnished with olives and celery, and mimosas for the morning crowd. Chat up Mary, the sweet old lady who knows everyone's business. And don't worry about the lack of BLTs on the menu - the burgers and fried seafood are well worth it.Ghost Hole Bar isn't flashy, but it's got heart. For a no-fuss spot to kick back and feel part of a community, this is the place. Don't overthink it - just belly up to the bar and make some memories.“

“Overall, food was great and I enjoyed it. I had the captain's platter with tater tots. The cod and scallops were juicy and lightly breaded with great flavor. Clams had good seasoning and interesting breading and texture (not sure if that's typical). I'm not a fan of coconut shrimp, but it was made well if you like sweetness with the shrimp. Tater tots were crispy also. Server checked on our drinks and made sure everything was alright so great customer service.“

“I can tell by the reviews that the locals really try to make you feel welcome and comfortable there. I had my dog with me and everyone was really positive about it and super friendly to both of us. I ordered fish and chips and they were delicious, as was the beer. My thanks to the server who was clearly super-busy on her own and still able to provide great service.“
