“I had a delightful jalapeno and bacon pastry yesterday that is worthy of taking the time to review with sincerity. 10 out of 10!! Creative menu, expertly brewed coffees, a warm cozy environment, plus wine, and more! One of the few places open late, but also is bumping in the a m. - I noticed business meetings happening amongst teenagers doing homework on their laptops and agree it has the right environment for this our community needed. Very excited to see some live music there and chill on the outdoor partially covered patio soon! This is a great place to stop in for a gourmet yet affordable bite to eat while you emerse yourself in and converse about the **NEW ART EXHIBIT!!** Tailholt Coffee Co. is now hosting one of my art exhibits, "Wonders of the Redwoods" now through April 14th with new artists being featured monthly. “Great coffee shop! I stop here occasionally during the week on my way to work and my husband and I have a Saturday morning tradition of driving in town with our dogs for a ride and getting a coffee, husband gets a smoothie (he doesn’t like coffee) and our dogs get a dog treat! They are always so kind, remember our orders, and the dogs are always so excited to see them and go there! Great service. I also love that they support other local business by selling a few food items from a local farm! Try the mighty bites, they are delicious little snack. We moved here last summer and this coffee stand has become our first “regular” place we go locally.“

“Great tasting coffee and they do an actual brewed coffee. Most other places only have americano available, for me that's not as good as a real brewed cup of coffee. The workers are always nicely dressed and pleasant, no forced conversations here. I think the best part is the dressed up coffees still have a coffee taste.“

They really have great employees! My Daughter recently went to our local Dutch Bros and when she went to turn into a parking spot the parked car next to the spot wasn’t paying attention and backed up into her as she was pulling in. My daughter immediately in tears! The employees at Dutch Bros saw what happened and paid for my daughter and her passengers drinks to help brighten up her day! That was such an amazing gesture from the employees!“

“I stopped by this Starbucks driving from Oregon to California. I expected a quick coffee order and off I'd go. But it became memorable because the barista was so engaging and so proud of his store. The barista told me about his store and we chatted about the products. I wish I lived nearby...I'd go often! I do not remember the name of the barista. He is young with short blond hair and I believe he will go far.“

“Last week was my very first time stopping by to order a blended drink and boy was I not disappointed. The drink was very tasty and the staff were very courteous and very professional. She made our drinks and asked us to give a taste to see if it was to our liking. As we were making our trips to Medford we made sure to stop and purchase more drinks. “Met a friend here, it was surprisingly quiet which made our visit very enjoyable. Ordered a gouda breakfast sandwich, bacon was not cooked. Had to return and ask for a 2nd, hence the low rating on food and service. Things happen, I'll be back to this Starbucks and I'd definitely recommend the dirty chai 👍

“Staff is always friendly. I have a complex drink order and it’s usually right. However, even though I often order ahead from my phone, about 20% of the time they forget or screw up an element. Sometimes the coffee tastes burnt. The inside is ok, very plain, but usually tables are available. The tables often need to be wiped down. They removed the items from the condiment station, so you have to ask for items like sugar and half/half. Since they are always busy I find this obnoxious. I go less than I used to, it’s just not the same. I personally think Starbucks understaffs to increase corporate profits over customer and staff care. The people working there are always hustling to keep up, but it seems like its impossible for them to stay on top of drink orders while also attending to lobby needs, in-person customer needs, and the bathrooms. This feels like a pattern, it’s not unique to this Starbucks.“

“My new favorite breakfast grab on my way to work. Their biscuits and gravy has soul, they will even fry you up an egg to put on top for only a dollar more. Their small is what I would think of as a regular or large. The breakfast sandwich is amazing as well. They do make per order so expect to wait a few minutes, but they are pretty quick. worth leaving a few minutes early to get the best to go breakfast before work. They are open early too!“

Grants Pass, OR. The morning/afternoon crew there is hands down the best ever. They are always happy and friendly and that makes me feel great. I always try to get my order when Charles is on duty. He is an excellent manager and has a great attitude, funny jokes, and a great smile that makes my day even better. Charles and his crew serve up more than smiles, the food there when he is on duty is always hot and fresh and tastes better than other locations and the coffee is always perfect.
