“Food is always tasty and the staff are lovely. While we have some favorite staff members we have never been disappointed in the service we received. Rarely have any issues with orders and the few times it has happened it was handled quickly and pleasantly.“
“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“
“The food is amazing and I’ve eaten Carl’s Jr. since I was like 12 I would say it’s really good and people should come try their food

Kid-friendliness: They love kids over here. They have kids meals for them little toys for them too as well, so I keep them distracted and almost all the time it’s super clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: I would say anyone in a wheelchair or handicap is welcome here their service here is amazing. They’re friendly. They’re nice.“

“Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal and got a nugget one instead, went back to get it fixed and i would just like to say THANK YOU to whoever kind soul it was that replaced the kids meal and stuck two cookies and a medium fry in there tonight, thank you so much. That was very kind and made our night.“
