“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“
“I had a fantastic experience at Carl’s Jr.! The customer service was top-notch—friendly and attentive from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was spotless, and there was no wait at all. Our food came out quickly and tasted great. One of the employees even checked in to see if we needed anything, and when we asked for more creamer and sugar for our coffee, she brought it back promptly with a warm smile. It’s the little things like that that make a big difference. Definitely coming back!“
“Keith and Casey where great, very kind and took time to actually be helpful, I dont like fast food at all, but occasionally we will stop, alot of times the staff are rude and short, and get irritated if you dont instantly know what you want, these guys were great, answered all of my questions, and were very patient and polite, GREAT JOB GUYS!“
