Had this place in Salem and it was beyond amazing. On Capitol Avenue.
It's actually better today then it was a year ago. They appear to have finally fixed the drive-thru speakers.
What I found strange though is that my taco salad seemed to be almost upside down... it used to be the refried beans in the bottom, then lettuce, then everything else. Today the lettuce (actually I believe it was thin cut cabbage) was on top. Which kind of made everything underneath a big mess. However, the overall flavor was good and the carne asada was not overcooked....read full review

Tonys always comes through! My kids LOVED their food and ate every last bite (not normal for them). Their carne asada nachos/nacho fries were amazing per usual! Found out I didnt get a job I interviewed for and was really dissappointed tonight. My family decided to celebrate for just putting myself out there and not giving up hope. While waiting for our food they surprised us with Horchata, and it was soooo DELICIOUS. Definitely made me grateful we decided to celebrate regardless!...read full review

Tony’s Taco Shop serves excellent Mexican food at good prices, just like in Los Angeles or Tijuana. The food is excellent and freshly prepared, which may take an extra minute. Customers love the breakfast burrito with chorizo, and the bacon breakfast burrito is a favorite. The adobo salsa and spicy red sauce are also popular. The small dining area is clean, and the friendly service and tasty food keep people coming back multiple times a week. They also offer supreme asada nachos and refreshing agua frescas.
