“I recently ordered a birthday cake from The Hungry Hero Dessert, its look and taste was amazing.
Additionally, I am incredibly impressed with their exceptional customer service. I was stuck in work and unable to pick up the cake during their regular hours. To my surprise and immense relief, the team( forgot to ask the name)went above and beyond by staying open after hours to accommodate my schedule.
Definitely be going back for future celebrations.“

“Was lucky enough to discover Granny Fi’s at the Vancouver Farmer’s market this last weekend and everything I purchased is SO GOOD. I’m completely obsessed! The shortbread is light, buttery and melts in your mouth! So delightful with coffee, tea, or just by themselves!“

“The food here tastes great, but very sugary, and sometimes it takes a while to eat but it tastes very good. The menu screen is a little tiny and it would be nice if it was a little bigger so it would be easier to see, but the rest of the store is great and it is very helpful to see the different types of cookies physically in front of me. Sometimes workers do not ask for phone numbers, or receipts though.“

“I will continue to drive to this location, as every time I’ve gone I’ve had perfect cookies and friendly service. A new location opened up closer to me, and I laughed out loud seeing how terrible a photo of a cookie was in a review from that location! I told my partner and he said that apparently it’s a thing online for people to make videos about how “bad” their crumbl cookies are and how much they don’t look like the photo—which I have to say has simply never happened at Lake Oswego. Every time, every cookie, it’s consistent: looks like the photo, tastes good, and employees are efficient but not in the rude way. I try to hold off on doing reviews on chains like this, as rating is so contingent on high-turnover hourly staff and what management is in place at the time, so reviews can be so skewed. But when it’s so definitive of a positive/negative experience, it’s obvious that it’s the leadership behind the experience/product quality being provided by the hourly workers, meaning it’s likely to stay the same for an extended time. I hope things continue to stay positive at LO location because I appreciate the reliable good quality :D

Parking: Close to 2 disabled parking spots, one Van Access; spots are in the corner so unfortunately often witnessed as occupied by vehicles without placards for ~5 minute stops such as picking up online orders“

“I ordered the Minnie Mouse cake for my daughter’s 51st birthday. It looked just like the picture, however, the cake tasted delicious! The buttercream frosting was also terrific. Sometimes there is so much on the cake it over powers the taste of the cake. The wait staff and some customers at the restaurant wanted to know where we got the cake from. So we told them. Thank you Cake It for helping me make my daughter’s birthday and her feel very special.“

“Their morals and practices are a very close replica of what we’re chasing to achieve on our property (homestead/farm), and it’s so wholesome. The people that are hired on to work are super friendly too - we were able to leave with a full wheelbarrow load of partially rotted pumpkins at no cost to take to our own livestock. The visitors were also very helpful as we wrangled the escaped goats that hadn’t been noticed by the owners/workers yet. All around amazing experience! Will be going back as “regularly” as we can as they’re a bit out of the way for us. The menu reminds me of a very famous bakery in the LA region called Porto’s, but honesty, this place seems to use better quality ingredients and tastes better. The service was also very friendly!“
