“Ordered to-go chicken and waffles, and the turkey BLT. Was ready to go at the stated time. There were a handful of beautiful cakes right at the front, ready to go. The only thing was that it was not packed in a to-go bag but save the environment I guess was the idea. Would have loved some utensils as well. The chicken was some of the best fried chicken that I have found around the metro area. Waffle was pretty good too and the syrup was fantastic. Free street parking right out front and around the area.“

Our server, Jenaviv, was outstanding so knowledgeable about the wines and incredibly friendly, she made our visit memorable. The wines were excellent, with a wide selection and great quality. The charcuterie board was also delicious and paired perfectly with the tasting. The atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to spend the afternoon. “We’ve lived in Sherwood for 18 years, and Mazatlan has been the place where we’ve celebrated kids birthdays, band concerts, life events and more. The staff at Mazatlan are like family to all their customers as you are always greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and the biggest smiles. The Mazatlan team are genuinely happy to serve you! The food is wonderful and I especially like the fajitas. It’s served fast and hot and they always keep the water glass filled. “I was stuck in traffic and called in an order suddenly then the traffic cleared up, causing me to show up faster than I thought to pick up my pizza. When I walked into the store it was clean and not crowded. But as I stood there my back went out and I had to sit on a hard bench and wasn't sure if I would be able to get my pizza into my car. One of the gals offered to help take my pizza to my car. I really appreciate the service of the one girl. The manager seemed a little on edge that day but everyone was kind. Thank you for your help ❤️“

“5 stars for the food and the Teppanyaki chef. He was great and food was really yummy! 2 stars for the other server (Hispanic female?) Clearly didn't know her menu and quoted (and charged) incorrect pricing for beer and even delivered the wrong beer. Nowhere on my receipt did it say the word "Sapporo", yet that's what I got. Her response was "Oh, well, you asked about an entirely different beer." Yeah, I did ask... so? I didn't really understand that one either?!?!Know your menu... It's really not that big or complicated! Nothing ruins a great (yet pretty expensive) night out more than a server who ether doesn't know what they're doing or is just lazy/sloppy. Take pride in your craft!“

“Our family absolutely loves gyros but nobody likes theirs exactly the same. My kid doesn’t like any sauces for example. It is really nice to see a fine dining establishment that actually caters to that need!
I love gyros! Every time I see a place that sells them, I go in to test things out. The gyros here are far superior to any I have had to date!
This is truly Mediterranean comfort food at its finest!

“The vegan and vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu, they've got vegan mayo and Chao brand vegan cheese available, any burger can be substituted with either a garden patty or Beyond patty, and there are a few fully vegan dishes needing no modifications. I tried the Mai Thai Bowl tonight and was blown away at how good it tasted. It's also a good environment, quiet and calm, good air conditioning, and so unlike all the other loud overwhelming pubs in town.“

“I regularly get takeout from this counter service restaurant. If you love tofu, this place is the bomb! I have tried all their tofu dishes and they are so good! Love the black rice too and the side veggies ( cabbage/carrot/broccoli) which is lightly steamed - just right! Great value for the money as portions are generous. Staff always friendly when I come in to pick up. Highly recommend for vegetarians/tofu lovers!“
