“We came in to get a new ball for my husband. He ended up with two new balls and some accessories. Ryan was great helping us get the things we needed and explaining everything. My two year old loved the games and playing on the patio while we waited for my husband to finish up. Probably the cleanest, best kept bowling alley we’ve ever been in. Everybody was great and we’ll be back.“

“10 out of 10 customer service I accidentally cut myself in my car and I asked for a Band-Aid, they gave me one and the lady who got me one moved with a purpose, which I really appreciated. My food was also very hot and fresh, which was the cherry on top“

“Gave 3 stars on the atmosphere because they have the AC on in the winter or at least it feels like it's on. The restaurant is freezing and your food starts getting cold immediately. Service is a 4. Always new people learning and most do pretty well. Food is a 4 but it's hit and miss with the crispy chicken. Some people know how to make it and some don't. I was a manager for KFC so know how it's all supposed to be made. The Famous bowl is normally very good. Coleslaw is normally very good but they recently jacked the price up on an individual coleslaw from $1.25 to $1.49 to a whopping $3.25! Wow, it's just cabbage, it's not gold! A large is $7.10 now. Crazy. The Taco Bell food is good if you like Taco Bell food.“

After 15 years of coming to this Burger King, this was the first time we’ve truly felt welcomed. She was fast, friendly, and even greeted us with a genuine smile when we walked in—something that’s become way too rare these days.

Customer service like that is hard to come by anymore, and it was such a refreshing reminder that some people still take pride in making others feel seen and appreciated.
