Absolutely love all their teas! Personal favorite being licorice spice!
Placed an order on 11/24/24 for a Christmas gift and did not receive it until 1/8/25. By then some of the teas were out of stock. Couldn’t reach a customer service representative to speak with. When emailing for a second time, I received the automated message “sending multiple messages will result in your inquiry being sent to the end of the line.” Unacceptable. Received two small refunds so far on my credit card after I paid in full back in November. I should not...read full review
