Placed an order on 11/24/24 for a Christmas gift and did not receive it until 1/8/25. By then some of the teas were out of stock. Couldn’t reach a customer service representative to speak with. When emailing for a second time, I received the automated message “sending multiple messages will result in your inquiry being sent to the end of the line.” Unacceptable.
