Placed an order on 11/24/24 for a Christmas gift and did not receive it until 1/8/25. By then some of the teas were out of stock. Couldn’t reach a customer service representative to speak with. When emailing for a second time, I received the automated message “sending multiple messages will result in your inquiry being sent to the end of the line.” Unacceptable. I placed an order on November 25 that still remains unfulfilled. When I called I could not speak to a human. When I emailed I was told they were experiencing delays due to the Black Friday sale and they would reach out to the shipping department to see what was going on. I haven’t heard from them. I emailed again and at the bottom of the automated response it says “sending multiple messages will result in your inquiry being pushed to the end of the line”
