“We were staying nearby and popped in for some breakfast. The person working the front was not very welcoming. She barely smiled or acknowledged us coming in the door. She was busy cleaning the counter and refilling some pastries. It was our first time there, and we thought we maybe missed "a way of doing something." Finally, my husband had to tell her that we were ready to order. We ordered two drip coffees, a bagel sandwich, and a burrito. It took a little longer than normal to get our food. This did give us plenty of time to observe the same girl do the same thing to person after person. It was not a friendly environment to walk into. After waiting almost 20+ minutes we took our food back to our hotel. There wasn't much room to sit in this place or even wait for our order. However, the food was absolutely delicious. And I would go as far as to say it was worth the wait. Just don't expect to make a quick stop if you are ordering any type of food. However, again, I will say it is worth the wait to get one of their food items!“

I went to the closer Starbucks to get order due to the other Starbucks posing a rotten disposition when I explained that it had dumped everywhere. They weren’t willing to offer assistance at first. The two ladies who helped me this morning were quick, thorough, professional and empathetic about the circumstances I was experiencing! The 3rd St Starbucks is not good or needs to get better help who addresses situations in an appropriate manner and doesn’t act out or appear irritable with the customer.“

We were told it was a new menu item originally fresh brewed espresso shaken with ice and vodka, we requested whiskey and it did not disappoint. Thanks for the great drinks! “I stay every December for my birthday and always have the best experience. We miss Shelly cat but loved welcoming Sasha. This hotel feels like a second home and I highly recommend although I much prefer when there are fewer guests haha. The breakfasts are always amazing and the reading area is extra comfy on a winter evening with the fire going. So perfect!“
