“I used to lived in Portland and moved to Salem 3 years ago . I tried so many restaurants but this one is the best . BEP restaurant gave me a great time and the best foods . I never seen my wife eat in a restaurant with a happy face like that . We ordered 2 noodles and one papaya salad . The soups are so good , very delicious . “Sunita is no longer the owner, having sold the restaurant recently. The menu is the same, and the new owner said they are mostly using Sunita’s recipes. I’m giving this a hopeful 5 stars, after a good meal where we really noticed no change or decrease in quality. “I ordered a salmon rice ball (forgot to take photo) and a strawberry matcha latte with boba ? the salmon rice ball was super good and I immediately wished I had ordered two. The matcha is wonderful as well! Ordered it half sweet and it was perfect to me, I would imagine full sweetness would be more like a dessert to me. You can tell the tea they use it's high quality. The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable about the product“
“Coolest Coffee Shop!! In Portland for work and having a rough day, when I got back to my hotel I found that they had not restocked the coffee in my room which ended up being a blessing because I found this hidden gem just a short walk away and fell in love with ths place! The moment I walked in all of my frustrations from the day melted away, the vibe is so wonderful I immediatly felt better! The young lady at the counter must have seen me struggling with the tablet at the kiosk and offered to take my order, the staff has such a pleasant attitiude I wanted to sit and enjoy the afternoon for a while but had work to do so had to take my leave but I am already looking forward to coming back on my next tri to town in just a few weeks, I will be stopping here first and probably a few times during my trip! Oh yeah, the coffee is outstanding, vey smooth and my mocha was incredibly tasty as well! A must visit for all Portland coffee fans for sure!“

Some of the best takeout I've had in a long time! The peppercorn flavor was a bit subdued but not in a bad way, it let the intestine meat speak for itself! The only tip I'd give is that I wish the venue played music or had more decorations on the walls, it was very bare bones and I felt like I was eating in an storage warehouse, that being said there is nothing to complain about when it comes to the food and the service! “The food was pretty good. I had the garlic tonkatsu ramen which was very rich. My husband had the karage bento bowl and he said it was pretty good. The only issue we had was with the service. I think they only had 1 person working the dining room so it took a long time for us to put in our order. She also got my order mixed up with another table's so there was a lot of back and forth in the process. She was very nice and apologetic though. So I'd recommend this restaurant but only if you're not in a hurry, or go outside of the normal meal times.“

When they build the complex, they should of put the business facing the main streets instead that way it's easier to find. I drive down Murry or T.V. all the time but had no idea of this business. I was obsessed in the beginning but now every time I go the tea tastes like it's made with tap water and the boba is always over cooked. “These meals are huge. They're kinda run-of-the-mill teriyaki, though. There is little difference between this and other teriyaki places. I would have preferred a smaller, more exquisite bento or at least a warning that the meal is huge and should be shared.The staff is lovely, the dining area is neat as a pin.“
