“I have never had such a bad experience from a server as I have had here. Jose has tried so very hard not to serve us. We tip VERY well as can be attested by the other bar tenders. We went in on a Sunday morning at 10 AM, had 2 beers.and went home“

“Overall I had a great time with my family. You can do everything in this one place and it's not overly crowded.
We socialized, drink, ate and played games.
The only downfall is parking. Finding a parking space can be a little difficult but the service was great and I had an awesome time with my family.

My server actually said they get complaints daily about how cold it is and the manager doesn't do anything to rectify the situation. I mean it is freezing. I could not wait to leave. This has to be costing you business such as desert sales etc. Turn it up a couple of degrees.“

As a senior dining alone I don't feel as comfortable here as I would at Josey's, say, otherwise I would patronize them weekly. I lunch only, and have had what I would call pub grub. Regulars who review on other forums report that the kitchen is capable of performing at a very high level. An exceptional venue for Salem and it deserves to live.“

The French Onion soup was simply exquisite, and the mushroom lasagna was equally delightful. Pairing my meal with a glass of red wine felt like the perfect finishing touch!I must mention that Courtney's warm and welcoming service added to the overall experience. “Staff was prompt and responsive. I ordered the Prime Rib Special. It came out remarkably fast. Medium rare as requested. Unfortunately the baked potato was over done and yet cool. The prime rib was lukewarm. The horseradish sauce was off- I can’t tell why but it had a peculiar flavor that should not have been there. Seasoning of the prime rib was on point and so was the zip sauce. I wasn’t feeling up to potential confrontation so when they asked how the food was I just said good. With prime rib it’s hard because if they warmed it then it might not have come back medium rare…also there was no steak knife but again I didn’t ask“

It was happy hour. Food tasted well, I order the triple cheeseburger sliders. I went to another McM. On Liberty and the burgers had a distinct flavor that I liked and these didn't have it. After all food was brought, the waitress dissappear for a bit. I guess a large party came in. We had a waiter come later and let us know and checked on us. Those were the only negative, otherwise everything else was great and I will be going back.“
