“The food was good. The service was great, however I was so cold I had trouble enjoying my meal. I can't believe I am the only person posting a complaint about this. My server actually said they get complaints daily about how cold it is and the manager doesn't do anything to rectify the situation. I mean it is freezing. I could not wait to leave. This has to be costing you business such as desert sales etc. Turn it up a couple of degrees.“

“What a gem to stumble upon while waiting for our windshield replacement! Sybil's is a classic family owned diner. There's a whole page of omelettes to choose from. The food is great and service is fast and attentive. They have senior specials for the 60+ crowd. It was obvious that a majority of people there were regulars, giving it a homey vibe.“

“I have never had such a bad experience from a server as I have had here. Jose has tried so very hard not to serve us. We tip VERY well as can be attested by the other bar tenders. We went in on a Sunday morning at 10 AM, had 2 beers.and went home“

“While a little expensive, the food was well worth it. My party said they had the best seafood Alfredo of their life and the burger was amazing. I only had a drink which was great. Greg and Jeremiah took care of us and really added to the experience.“

“We had the best time here. The employees were all so nice. The service was excellent. The food eas so much better that I was expecting, I highly recommend the Crispy Pork Belly Tacos. A ton of old school arcade games. Best of all, you have to be 21 to enter. So it arcade time without kids. I did also try a couple hard ciders on tap. I had never had cider in tap and it did not disappoint. Excellent place for a fun night out.“

“The most special-occasion restaurant I patronize. Classy ambience, view, sharp personnel. As a senior dining alone I don't feel as comfortable here as I would at Josey's, say, otherwise I would patronize them weekly. I lunch only, and have had what I would call pub grub. Regulars who review on other forums report that the kitchen is capable of performing at a very high level. An exceptional venue for Salem and it deserves to live.“

The food was delicious, the staff took care of our needs, and the customer service was PHENOMENAL! You can tell that they really support not only their customers, but each other, as well. “I ordered the Greek salad and it was absolute perfection! The meat that they use is absolutely delicious. I will be back for the salad again! My boyfriend always gets the super gyros and he has no complaints. Also, he has ordered the loaded fries multiple times and loves them. Food quality is great, fresh and everything taste delicious.“
