Popeye's wins for taste and value
They understaffed this location it took me 25 min to get one sandwich. The employees are doing the best they can but what do they expect when they have 1 teenager running the drive thru and the counter service all by himself. I hate to give a bad review but hopefully management sees this and hires more people. The employees can only do so much with being understaffed. The restaurant just opened and expect some hiccups but the experience was excellent. On opening day dressed as cows got meals for free and had fun. It is a walk‑up and drive‑through only location with no indoor dining, no lobby, and no kids' playground, which some find disappointing. Food was hot, #1 chicken was undersized, staff was polite but not well trained, and the building design surprised some.
