“Had a Fantasy Football Draft for our group here. We didn't realize BWW had a FFL draft kit here, the manager came over to tell us about it. We started to get bummed out but he went to the back and had 1 draft kit left. He hooked us up! Our draft league was surprised but so so excited and grateful! We already decided to hold our end of the ffl year champions dinner here. Thank you so much to staff, who was excellent, and the manager who made our draft league so much better with a BWW championship ring for our winner!!!“

However, it seems like the air conditioning hasn’t been working lately, and it feels a bit stuffy inside. If the ventilation or AC could be improved, the dining experience would be perfect.“

So came here to the nearest little caesars by my house and long story short, I thought I was going to get into it with the cashier do 2 him having to refund my money back because I was short by $4 and part of me was very upset because I was asking questions and uh he just went ahead and refunded me my money, which I wasn't able to order anything cause it's on my debit card. But I stopped myself. And just let the cashier know like, Hey man, my bad it was a miscommunication. I apologize. It's all right period

Homeless homelessness is a real big issue here in Portland Gresham. Area and yeah, just the kindness that the kid did.
It says wonders and I appreciate so much. Is that my family can eat dinner's name, so thank you again.
I most definitely will come and eat here again. And most definitely will give the kid a tip once I get my check.

“I called and ordered at 162nd in advance. When I got there, they were sending customers away and saying they didn't have certain things and others said the ebt was down. Yury, Tony and and lady that started with a Y stayed open four myself and AT LEAST four other customers. I LOVE the deep dish they made. They went above and beyond for multiple families that night.“

“Ordered a last minute personal pizza meal deal w/ chicken salad, unfortunately they didn’t have the ingredients for my salad but they called right away n offered a lot to apologize which wasn’t necessary I already appreciated the call ahead of time. “The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and helped me adding to my order. He was kind and compassionate. Even though he looked exhausted and ready to go home he was still very nice and professional. The outside of the facility was well kept and clean. The drive up window is convenient to pick up your order. All and all a good experience with them. “They changed their menu and switched over to an egg batter versus the former buttermilk batter. The buttermilk batter chicken tenders were amazing! They brought a sense of nostalgia when biting into the generously-cut, CRISPY, juicy chicken tenders. The buttermilk batter was what made the tenders soo delicious.
Now…they taste like any other place where I’ve had chicken tenders. They’re not bad, just not anywhere nearly as great as their former self. It was disappointing because the crispiness was no longer there, they reduced the portion size, removed most of the delicious dipping sauces but their worst move was switching to an egg batter. Go back to the old buttermilk batter recipe. This is what made Kickin chicken stand out as having the best tenders in Oregon.“

The change is in a positive way :) Also, I am not sure if they’re actively making changes or those times from my review were a fluke but the dough/cooking has been very much improved as well! It’s not the first time they leave me on hold for over 5 minutes! And the last two times, the pizzas are super thin and kinda raw, even the stuffed crust was terrible! Hopefully it was just a one weekend kind of mistake.“

“This used to be my favorite Papa John’s location. My toddler is very specific about what he likes and the location used to nail it every time.

Now, things have gone down hill and they seem to be setting orders to “ready for pickup”, long before they’re ready. I don’t know if it’s to lie and claim they knock orders out super fast, or just laziness, not wanting to use the service as it’s meant, but it’s always ready, when it’s not, actually.

The amount of air bubbles on the pizza is something like an issue too, as I’ve said my toddler is picky. Extra sauce means nothing to whoever is making the pizzas as of late, too.

I’d pick a different location, but they’re far and few along my routes.
