“Chef Jordan is an artist. Taking what is essentially a 19th hole bar and grill menu, adding tasty specials and having it on your table deliciously prepared in amazingly fast order. Great view overlooking the driving range along with the 9th and 18th greens too.“

“I love this place, but in the summer it gets wayyyyy too hot in here. Its nearly 85 degrees inside by 3pm. Nobody wants to sit and eat Mel’s delicious food when they’re dripping sweat. Owners PLEASE work on the AC. it is harming your food sales!!!“
“This bar is located in a small town. The bartenders are great. They will come over and start up a conversation with you while serving you. They serve food like burgers, fish and chips, chicken strips, and other stuff. They have a few video lottery machines. There is inside seating with tables that has 4 tvs that play sports and news or whatever you ask. They also have outside seating with tables and heaters for the colder months. They serve all kinds of different alcohol and if requested, they can make specialized drinks. It may be a small town bar but you get great service and the bartenders remember you if you go more than once.
Parking: There are parking spots located on the side of the building as well as street parking in the front of the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp located on the side of the building as well as the main entry that has stairs into the bar.“
“One of the best borritos I've ever had. Thanks to Scott.“

“We stopped in after making our way through the Oregon Gardens followed by a stroll through the cute downtown Silverton area and enjoying the antique markets and such. After the walking food and a beer were on our minds. We wandered in here as I had heard that it was featured in the film Bandits, and I grew up not too far from the area. I wanted to see what had changed. We were not disappointed. The history of the building has been preserved and a little tasteful modern flare has been added, the wood oven being some of that flare. Situated just to the side, as you enter, you can see everything that is happening. We came in shortly after they had opened, for the day, and were some of the first in. Some locals who they knew by name came in, always a good sign, as well as other visitors like us. Great tap list that is not just 7 different IPAs, and a healthy cider list. Small bar built for craft cocktails too. They even accommodated a cocktail that was not on their menu! Service was prompt and attentive without being over bearing. Food was also swift as the wildfire cooks so hot and fast. The stuffed mushrooms (upgraded to crab addition) were excellent. Crusted cheese melting down on still tender mushrooms… what more need be said? We followed it up with a half and half pizza, recommended to us when they heard us thinking about trying two smaller pizzas, again excellent service. One half Mountain for a more traditional red sauce pizza and, the real winner, the Lemon pizza. The lemon is something you sense before you take a bite, but as you do, the cheeses, balsamic, and pesto come together in the most surprising and fun way. Great place for a bite if you live in the area, a real gem if you are passing through and looking for a solid but unusual place that is affordable, creative, has excellent service, and is a fun historical location.“

“The food was ok for what it is. We did the combo Bratwurst platter and shared. Honestly, Johnsonville makes better bratwurst than we ate at the restaurant. They took the traditional homestyle German feel and made it commercialized beyond recognition. If you are looking for a homestyle restaurant, this one is not it. The people are absolutely amazing though, which completely redeemed the experience.“

“We were camped at Champoeg State Park. It is a short drive to St Paul and we needed a quick dinner. I ordered a dinner salad and ate a couple onion rings off my husband's plate. The dinner salad was crisp and fresh. My husband's burger was delicious and the onion rings were spot on. It was so good we went back again a couple of weeks later. Sally tends bar and waits on tables. She does a great job. We will return. Yummy!“

“I grew up in Silverton so I was skeptical that anything could really top the old Town House. Then I walked into the new establishment, and was totally blown away. It looks amazing!! Haven't tried the food but the bar and restaurant look absolutely beautiful!“
