“In Hershey on business for the week and I've been here twice in 3 days. It's that great. Attentive and friendly staff, EVERYTHING is somehow in stock and fresh. At 7 at night.. I'm used to SJ bakeries like Aversas and Liscios who sell out midday. This place has it all, all day, and it's delicious. 5 stars, enough said.“

“I'm just a Millennial enjoying my Lavender Matcha Green Tea, playing some Minecraft on a rainy day at a Starbucks. Perfect combo, good service, not too busy, calm music and a good price. Compared to the other Starbucks in town the prices here are better and seldomly are the out of the things you want.“
“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.Vegetarian options: There is the impossible morning sandwich and labeling for vegetarian food options.Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.Dietary restrictions: There is a sign for dietary restrictions, but you can ask the staff for specifics and they will do their best to work with your particular restriction. You can look things up ahead of time on starbucks website.“
“What is it with large corporations and the lack of signage? Since we're not staying on site and wanted to visit this coffee shop, it was VERY hard to find. After driving all over the complex (thank you GPS) & having to turn around twice due to dead-ends, we ended up parking behind the hotel in the hotel parking, where it looked like everyone needed parking permits... but an employee said we'd be fine to park there and gave us directions to the coffee shop inside. It was a bit difficult to find from that side, even with his directions, as once again NO signs. They had plenty of signs for locating your building and room... so why wouldn't they add signs for finding food and getting more $$ out of their patrons?? Once we finally found it with the hope of not being towed, we also saw where the main parking was - a HUGE lot out front. The service inside was great. They even had gluten-free blueberry muffins that were so good I almost wolfed it down before getting a photo. Fluffy and moist... not a brick or dry like most GF baked goods. They had other GF baked goods listed as well, but none were in stock. Hubs got a breakfast sandwich that he said was really good. We both got mochas - his was supposed to be iced and they made it hot (happens a lot, actually), but it was "fine"... Mine was basically a melted Reese's cup and OMG. Hands down one of THE BEST coffees I've EVER had. We will definitely be back... this time in the correct parking lot! “

“Never had been to a duck donuts before. The donuts are tasty and fresh but what stood out to me was the staff, Heather, who appears to be a manager is on her game. She’s friendly, she was directing the other staff in an efficient, kind, and professional manner, as well as had her head in the game and aware of all stations. I’d happily return to this location.“
