“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“The food was very tasty. The sweet potato fries were amazing. But it was a bit overpriced. The bar was crowded and some people brought in a dog that was accosting my food for a while. The service is not top notch: although the staff is friendly, one has to get up and get refills each time from the person serving drinks at the bar. The staff of the burger restaurant still expects a high tip though, and the POS terminals ask for tip starting at 15%, before the food is served.“

“Not the same as it was, but the new owner is passionate and the staff is top notch. I miss some of the charm of the old vibe, but the Pub is in the hands of someone who appears to care about the place, while following her own vision. Still one of the best spots to grab a Guinness, eat a little (good) pub food and share a good conversation.“

“I've been here twice now and here's my take:

Pros
- Food comes out hot
- Fried to perfection
- Popcorn chicken is super tasty with a nice blend of Chinese spices
- The spicy wings are really good too

Cons
- The fried chicken pieces are too big and not fried or have as much flavor as well as the popcorn chicken or wings
- Chicken burgers are too thick for my liking. it's way more meat than breading so you don't get to enjoy the crunch of fried chicken

I'd come back but only for the items mentioned in the Pros“

“My friend and I were on road trip .. stopped in at lunch time . The chicken tenders my friend had .. and the fried chicken sandwich I got was outstanding . Fries are good and hot . Drinks were excellent. Was prolly a one time stop as we were in our way home from Atlantic City … but if any one needs a place for lunch this is the place !“

Chef needs to add chicken stock, heavy cream and parm and not overcook. Coating was good and crisp. Will go back , but try meatballs instead!!“

“Gentleman taking our order was very pleasant. This place was exactly what I expected and I have no complaints. The serving sizes were huge. It’s right next to a popular fish market. I arrived a tad early for my pick up time not knowing what the crowd will be like. I assumed busy but not slammed. Well they were slammed. Matt communicated with everyone in line and while it wasn’t the exact pickup time stated, it was well within a time frame that wasn’t excessive. Hell, it’s super bowl Sunday and you are still in line for the best wings in Pittsburgh. Got the wings, drove home....the wings were cooked perfectly! Great job!“
