“Employees were all very nice! They were always joking around and making work fun. I ate there several days in a row for lunch.

“Just stopped in for a pulled pork sandwich and decided to also get the beef barley soup. I am so glad I did! 😮 This is by far the best beef barley soup I have ever had.😍🤤 Not to mention the people that work there are fantastic and super sweet.“

“We wanted to grab a few subs for after a concert. The employee (I did not ger her name) was awesome. We explained to subs would be eaten.12 hours later and if we could have certain things on the side. She gave us exactly what we wanted and was super pleasant. The location was super clean too. Our new goto for post conert eats.“

“JM's is just amazing. Food tastes great and is made wicked fast. We did a pick up order and grabbed it at the drive thru...a few minutes before we were told to pick up as well. First time we ordered some cookies for the kiddos...must have been missed in the bag...but the staff gave us a call and got ahold of us before we were even out of the parking lot. Appreciate the call! Thanks a million times over. Appreciate your amazing staff!“

“As a business owner myself I take pride in knowing my staff does an excellent job. When I went to Jersey mikes today for probably the 500th time in the last 3 years (no joke) it was by far the best service, and quality sandwich I’ve ever received from a Jersey mikes location. The staff at this location on July 24th 2026 at 8:00pm are exceptional. I’ve never had this quality of service from a Jersey mikes. The employees tonight were 10/10. I’ll definitely be back for another sub!“

“This Jersey Mikes in Hershey has officially made me never want subway again 😂 The ingredients are ACTUALLY fresh here! The extremely pleasant staff just makes the experience that much better. I decided to try the cheesesteak the way it traditionally comes and it was delicious. In the future I might try adding marina or some sauce but it was still great as is. I also appreciate all the work they’re doing for charities and I’m thrilled we have one of these shops in our community!“

“This Subway could easily be like any other Subway store but what sets it apart is its excellent customer service. The gentleman who assisted me was highly personable and friendly in a way that meant I wasn’t simply being sold a product but an experience. I work outside and he went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable, happy, and warm in this winter season.“

“I had a fantastic experience at Isaac's Craft Kitchen & Brewery in Lebanon! The seafood chowder was rich, flavorful, and the perfect start to my meal. The Parrot Sandwich was equally delicious—fresh ingredients and great taste all around. A special shoutout to Nicole, our server, who was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent service makes all the difference, and she truly elevated the experience. If you're looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service, Isaac’s Craft Kitchen & Brewery is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend! -“

“Met the and talked with the only employee. Sweet and very nice, she is doing the best that she can, running the store by herself.
Sad really, it’s a pretty nice area to just sit and have lunch. What She needs is help.
Come on Subway owner remodel and give her the help she needs.“
