“LILLY was attentive and empathic. The food was good but the "chefs" attitude when my mother questioned the fish. Where I sat, I could see into the kitchen area. Lilly mentioned the issue, and the chef shook her head as if she was disappointed. I've never been to a restaurant where the chef didn't come out to talk to the customer regarding the issue. It's not like she was busy. The servers are not the chefs. Lilly does a great job. Thank God for servers that deal with the kitchen issue. The fish didn't look cooked thoroughly properly. I had a question, and I felt brushed off by the chef. The 5 stars was for lilly!Wheelchair accessibility: Too long of a walk from rear entrance and too many steps for me (disabled).“
“They did a great job making our two subs. They put lots of what we wanted instead of being skimpy. I had the rotisserie chicken sub which was delicious! The workers were friendly and treated us respectfully. I use a gift card and that worked fine. “I ordered a spicy Italian on herb and cheese bread (non toasted). Bread was hard. I asked for sweet peppers, they told me they were discontinued. Also the sweet onion sauce recipe must of change from the last time I had subway, tasted nothing like it did in the past. Employees were nice and courteous, food just needs to be improved.“
“This is the best grill cheese sandwich in Lancaster! Perfectly made w/ gooey cheeses on sourdough bread. Also tried a twinkie cupcake which was moist & sweet! The service was quick & easy. Cute place w/ several small tables & chairs to sit & enjoy some tasty treats. Will come back & try a breakfast sandwich!“
“I’ve had cheesesteaks from all over, including Philadelphia and Big Bertha’s cheesesteaks are easily the BEST I’ve ever had. Same with the gizmo sub, best I’ve had anywhere. The fries, a cornerstone of every great establishment, are absolutely fantastic! I ONLY wish they’d offer mozzarella cheese for their cheese fries, I swear I’d order here every week if so. Every time I’ve been there to pick up food the place has been so chill, service is always great.From the experience of what I have tried on the menu, I wouldn’t doubt that everything on it is the best possible version of itself you can get ?“
“Bruno's is a lovely place to order food from! They are consistent in the quality of their food & service. They help me out whenever I need to provide a big lunch last minute and am SO happy they are here in Lititz. My personal favourite is the sharp Italian sub on a soft roll with mayo. :)Vegetarian options: Veggie & mushroom sandwiches available, as well as yummy salads!“
“Went there today for my first time and the people working were very nice! Had a large cheeseburger sub with a large fry and large drink and it was awesome! I'm telling yall if ur in the area please check this place out. This spot is amazing!“
“We ordered online and picked up our food to eat at home. We were able to choose what we wanted on our subs. When we got home, I ate an onion ring and took a bite of my sub and before I was finished chewing, the roof of my mouth started to feel sore and swell. I have a tomato allergy. I checked my order and there wasn't supposed to be tomatoes on my sub. I called and told them and they said that all subs come with lettuce, tomato and onion no matter if you order them or not. They brought me a replacement made the right way.Dietary restrictions: YOU MUST TELL THEM ABOUT A FOOD ALLERGY. BE CAREFUL ABOUT HOW YOU ORDER ONLINE!Parking: The parking lot is in the back, there is a little alley between PJ's and the laundromat.“
“I remember coming here as a teenager and it was always the best cheesteak/cheeseburger sub in the city. Since then it's slowly gone downhill with the taste, presentation and environment. Sometimes the burgers are burnt or the cheesesteak has no flavor etc. It mostly has to do with the idiots that have been hired in the past but still has downgraded. I wish it was the old speeds to be honest. I really miss that. It's still really busy all the time though so I know they get good business“
“Saw the sign, parked and walked inside. I was greeted by a very nice person who knew what they were doing. I requested a specific meal and was asked a number of questions about how I wanted my sandwich. Their suggestions probably made the sandwich better and when I ate within the establishment, it was clean and the music wasn’t as loud as a disco like so many of the other food joints I’ve visited lately! ??“
