“I just was stranded at Hershey Park because one of our busses wouldnt start. Had to feed 80 kids and I walked into this location and explained my situation. Without hesitation the kind woman behind the counter called in her husband and family to help assemble 80 sandwiches in incredible time. They were so kind to me and made me feel ok about such a large order with zero notice. Cant thank them enough for helping make a tough situation a little better.“

“This Jersey Mikes in Hershey has officially made me never want subway again 😂 The ingredients are ACTUALLY fresh here! The extremely pleasant staff just makes the experience that much better. I decided to try the cheesesteak the way it traditionally comes and it was delicious. In the future I might try adding marina or some sauce but it was still great as is. I also appreciate all the work they’re doing for charities and I’m thrilled we have one of these shops in our community!“

“Stopped in here for lunch twice in the last week. They customer service was great. They lined the meat (Black Forest Ham) orderly and gave good portions of the veggies we asked for. It was fresh and tasted great. Fast service as well. We will be back.

“Highly recommend this family operated location. The cleanliness was impeccable from the shield glass to the bathrooms, every table and corner I looked at was spotless. I loved the pride they take in their business and the extra steps to safeguard it that they take. My food service was quick, polite and prepared exactly as I requested without any fuss, and the smiles on their face was genuine. Definitely my new goo- to locating when I'm in the area.“

“I hate going to any other Subway! This one always seems to have the nicest people working and everytime I'm in there, someone is cleaning, so it's always spotless! Been to two other local stores recently, with one sub inedible and the other store missing so many ingredients, we just left. Definitely will stick to the Hummelstown location from now on!“

“These two young men ARE FANTASTIC!! Good salesmen! I just went to get sandwiches nothing else but they can really sell cookies! I hope the company keeps them. Not sure why bad reviews as I really thought they were very polite and fast!
