“I usually don’t write reviews but Mike (chef) at Genaro’s is so wonderful ! The short time I met him and talked to him I could tell how genuine and sweet he is. I had my mom’s retirement dinner at a place pretty much next door. When I called originally to see if he can cater it he called me back so quickly and helped me pick out the perfect amount of food . EVERYTHING was sooo delicious (and we are foodies ) when dropping off the food we were figuring out where to get ice and he offered his workers to go get ice for us from his kitchen(the restaurant ) … so nice! Also he said gave us plates bc I mentioned I didn’t want to eat on plastic or paper plates. I can’t wait to actually go and eat at the restaurant next time .“

I have been home bound and on oxygen for three years now and the kindness the staff has shown when I call to order or the regular two drivers who always take the time to make sure I get my delivery knowing it takes me few minutes to make it to the door is nothing short of amazing. “I could not be more thrilled! Nowadays you have to search hard to find a place like this. Outstanding quality of food. And very generous portions. I’ve been eating here for a long time. It’s about time I give this place a great review! I ordered over medium eggs, as I often do, and they are perfect each and every time. The bacon is top quality and they don’t hold back on the portions. Delicious potatoes and toast. Excellent food and service and two of us had a full breakfast for less than forty bucks, and that included a nice tip! Best breakfast around by far! I highly recommend Taste Budz.“

“One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! Everything was delicious. Roz and Rocco's chef is a pro, and the waitress was congenial, and on point! The restaurant is a whimsical, eclectic blend that combines a traditional "family home style" celebratory vibe showcasing the owner's Italian grandmother's recipes. I am a salmon snob, and "Roz and Roccos" delivered: my salmon was cooked to perfection with that delicious crispy top layer that I love. The fresh charred, roasted broccoli had that brilliant green color with the right amount of tenderness and crispiness that made it so yummy. Our table of seven agreed that the food was bursting with unique flavors, as we passed around our plates to sample the entrees. “Food is always consistently good. We were there a few weeks ago when on a Wednesday. Apparently there was some group in a side room. Our waitress was MIA most of the meal after she dropped off our food. No refills on drinks when we needed it. Then it took twenty minutes to get our check. Everyone around us was also complaining. One waitress for ten tables? It is obvious they were paying more attention to the larger party in the side room. . They need to hire more waitstaff. It spoiled the outing.“

“What a beautiful dining experience for our first time at Anthony's. We got there earlier than our reservation. They were very nice and accommodating. We were seated within minutes. Our waitress was very helpful and mannerly. She was so pleasant. We decided to try the scippelle soup. (Sorry for the misspelling) it was delicious! We also had the figs wrapped in prosciutto and gorganzola cheese topped with a balsamic glaze. Amazing and so different. For entrées my husband had a veal chop that looked like a tomahawk steak. It was topped with a brown demi glaze accompanied with mashed potatoes and a melody of vegetables. I had the halibut with shrimp and assorted veggies. It was good.

To put an ending on this fabulous meal, we both shared a piece of homemade jewish apple cake.
