It's hit or miss most of the time bc my burgers are warm at times and should be hot enough for my cheese to meltt. I ordered the cinnabons w/ caramel ice coffee and the icing wasn't melted also the cinnamon rolls were hard. It's not like this at all the Wendy's locations I visited. Please keep the orange creamsicle frosty on the menu all year; it's DELICIOUS“

“Went thru today around 3pm ordered the family deal and Burger King has the best burgers than any other fast food restaurants… The young man at the drive thru was exceptionally pleasant and my burgers and fries were hot and delicious. Thank you to the workers at the Ohio River Blvd Pittsburgh location. Excellent service.“

Fried Oreo’s are the best we have had & as good as when we ate at the E Carson location!! This location & the Southside location are both great!! “I went to Chick-fil-A yesterday to pick up a catering order for work. Let me just tell you, I had the best experience. Our business credit card wasn't really working to pay for the catering order, so I was causing a little hold up, but they were so kind, patient, and helpful to me. The supervisor, David, helped me with everything and even offered me a drink. After we finally got it sorted, I went to sit down and wait for my order. I was looking around during this time and taking note of my surroundings, and I came to notice that all of the workers were just being so kind and actually seemed to be enjoying their job. I know that's the Chick-fil-A standard, but it was just really nice to see. My catering order was done early, and David even gave us a complimentary tray of cookies for my boss and my troubles, and he helped me take my order to my car. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and Chick-fil-A McKnight has some wonderful workers/staff. Will definitely be going back there!“

Update for 2024, food is still great but, like everywhere else, expensive. Bathroom is terrible though, really needs to be updated.“

“I always love Arby's. Tried their app which is grest. However, Arby's needs to stick to putting the food orders on the shelf in their store for pick-up. I was waiting in line when I could have grabbed and go, only to have the counter person tell me the food was waiting on the end of the counter for 5 minutes which means the 5 I stood in line was actually 10 minutes of semi warm food..I will go back again. The food is too good not to.“

“Working with the public in fast food is a difficult job. The staff at this McDonald's is always pleasant and kind. They tell you to have a good day and to be safe on the road. They ask how you are doing today. They understand customer service. Many of these workers appear to be close to retirement or past retirement and I am sure their days are long but they treat their customers like human beings. McDonald's is not a gourmet meal, but this McDonald's has 5 star service. It is appreciated. Thank you.“

“Absolutely excellent! The drive thru wrapped around the side of the building, but it didn't take much time at all. We ordered online, so we spent minimal time at the speaker. The man working the drive thru was so friendly and energetic. I could honestly say it was the best service I've experienced in fast food. Mind you, we were there after 8 pm for the Krabby Patty meal that everyone and their mother was probably there for as well. We received our food in no time, and it was so fresh. The fries were burning my mouth because they were actually hot out of the fryer. I've never before had such fresh Wendy's. We went out of our way to go to this location, and we are so glad we did!“

I overheard the cashier tell a delivery driver that something was wrong with the system at the restaurant and all orders had to be canceled.“

The staff do a phenomenal job here and make this place the best one out of all the ones I've been to. It's always clean, the food is really good, and service is top notch. Parking: The only problem I can talk about is the difficulty of getting out of the parking lot. This long johns is in a grocery store parking lot.“

“Went on a Saturday evening for dinner, and it was practically empty. I guess this is more of a takeaway place than a dine in place. You place your order at the cash register, and then when your food is ready, they bring it out to your table in a paper bag. You can choose to take it away or eat there. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich, which is sort of a breakfast sandwich with bacon and egg, and then a nice fried chicken patty. I also got the coleslaw on the side. The chicken was extremely tender, and the overall was very flavourful. It’s a good chicken sandwich, but it did not blow me away. The coleslaw had a little bit more mayonnaise than I like. Overall, a decent meal.“
