“My husband and I came upon Chantilly’s as a recommendation from our hotel clerk, coming from CT we were looking forward to some good food! We were not disappointed! The food was amazing, the prices are unmatched and the service was above and beyond! Our waitress and the owners were extremely gracious and welcoming. I highly recommend coming to Chantillys if you are in town. We are looking forward to coming back!“

“I just moved into the neighborhood and me and my boyfriend are in the restaurant/bar business. The only time we have the opportunity to come in is after work. It is not a welcoming place. It is a very cliquey place. We tip 100% and not once got a “thank you” or even a positive greeting. We always have the same bartender and she is always some bigger woman who doesn’t want to leave the end of the bar to tend to customers as she is on her phone: To whomever the owners are, know this: You had good intentions by buying a restaurant/ bar. I can hear the live music from my home which I enjoy. Instead of opening a bar to serve the community, you hired a bartender who has created an unwelcoming environment. As my boyfriend and I walked to our car tonight and left with a pint glass, the bartender had a guy chase us down. My boyfriend could have made that really bad for the drunk guy, but that was all in the bartender’s bad judgement and incapability of running a bar. She was too busy on her phone at the end of the bar. I know we will never be back. If the owners ever want to reach out or know where they fell short, they can reach out to us and we will gladly assist for free.“

The service, preparation, care of the order, and, up to and including the delivery of our food make me value this West Penn Diner experience as worthwhile and I feel appreciated as a customer. The atmosphere is comfortable and cozy and the diner is clean. It is also really worth noting that your omelettes are just the very best! There is nothing to add except another order to them. All the ingredients that are included on the plate equal perfection. I feel confident to write that I bet all the customers feel that with all of these orders of perfection being carried out from the kitchen I believe you have a deadly combination of satisfied, happy and grateful customers. Though we couldn't eat from our nerves, I'd definitely stop in again just off the kindness of the staff alone.“
