“Been eating here for a couple years now at least. HANDS DOWN BEST OXTAILS WITHIN 90 miles! I eat everywhere- Scranton, Wilkes-barre, Stroudsburg, Allentown, NONE COME EVEN CLOSE. I stay in Scranton area and take the 40 min drive for these $35 oxtails RELIGIOUSLY. And they NEVER DISAPPOINT. Portions are great. Food taste amazing. “This is a nice place, out in the country. Our one visit at about 2 p.m. on a Saturday was fine. Two adults, two kids. We were greeted by a smiling hostess and the kids were offered crayons and coloring sheets. It's a very well-maintained older building with a patio (we stayed inside) and what looks like a newer addition. The inside was lots of brown wood, spotless, and looked like it may have been redone recently. The place was maybe 3/4 full when we got there, the bar was elbow-to-elbow, and the crowd was relaxed and cheerful. Everybody seemed to know most everybody else. Old-school country on the sound system (Jennings, Jones, Hank III, and some newer old-school like the Red Clay Strays - may not be your cup of tea, but I loved it). A real neighborhood feel. , The waitresses were cheerful and efficient and really hustling. Our drink orders were taken within 2 or 3 minutes of being seated and our sandwiches came in about 10-12, which is very reasonable when a place is this busy. I would say the food is good quality bar food, and there's nothing wrong with that. My grilled chicken sandwich was a little thin, but not bad. I don't get out this way often, but would definitely stop in again.“

“i frequent this location often. I have extreme food allergies(every one available to press on the screen). Most locations don’t cater to me very well, tonight(08/22/2026), was a prime example. I got a market bowl no dairy no dressing, it was filled about a cup full. the lady at the pickup area was so sweet and helpful. she completely remade it and said a genuine sorry about a million times. this was about 7:45 pm. I wish i got her name, i came on very strong, and she completely diffused the situation/made me feel so much better. awesome customer service from her.“

Took our food at the bar as we were not into Hibachi. Ordered from the menu, Desaki Roll, Poke Bowl, Edamame, and a very tasty Seaweed Salad. Everything was very tasty and nicely served. We will return for Hibachi for sure.“
