“After the quality of food kept declining at our usual Chinese place, we were on the hunt for a new take-out spot. Ruby Cafe did not disappoint! The only downside to this place is that they don't deliver. The service was great and the order process was seamless, I was even informed that I get a free 2 Liter since my order was $50. This is something some Chinese places don't even make you aware of, in hopes you won't ask Since it was a Friday evening, it was quite busy (nothing that calling your order in ahead of time can't fix), and it took a little while to get the order. We checked twice on the status, and one of the employees, a woman, checked each time with a smile on her face and then politely informed me of the status. We had Shrimp Fried Rice, Plain LoMein, Bone-in Spare Ribs, Crab Rangoon, and Szechuan Triple Delight. Let me just say, that this has been some of the best American Chinese food I had in a while. The only someone negative is that I didn't like the Crab Rangoon. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it, just did not like their spin on it. There are a couple of tables available for indoor seating, but it's nothing fancy. I would say it's your typical Chinese delivery and take-out seating and atmosphere. Now, if you're looking for authentic Chinese food, then this is not the place. However, do yourself a favor, next time you're in the mood for some American Chinese food give Ruby Cafe a try.“

For over 2 years now, I have been unlucky enough to get my food delivered by the male driver whose FINGER NAILS gross me out everytime he hands me the food, not to mention that he ALWAYS rounds the total up when he gets to your door, like you won't notice.

Their food is always fresh, plentiful, and great tasting. Since the food is made fresh, it takes about ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes to prepare. Still not bad...I've tried The Shrimp Egg Foo Young, Shrimp Rolls, Shrimp w/ Broccoli, Fried Chicken Wings and more. I've NEVER been disappointed. The Shrimp w/ Broccoli is always hot, crispy and fresh. One will recieve enough for two people to eat. Check out the vast menu. Don't forget "The Fortune Cookies. They are the tasteful ending.The Owners are friendly and professional. It's a "GREAT" Experience. Just be mindful that everything is Carryout.This is a YUMM... YUMMM... “Went twice on Sunday for lunch with friends and our kids. It’s a good buffet: there are a lot of different options for all tastes. Food is abundant, fresh, hot and replenished promptly. I have not tried everything and focused on Chinese appetizers and entrees which are not the same as your standard Chinese restaurant. It’s a bit on the blander side. The place was packed both times with families of all kinds and thus very loud, which is to be expected. It’s also BYOB (bring your own bottle/alcohol). My only issue is service: we, patrons, seem like a huge inconvenience for waiting staff. There are not friendly, not smiling, barely polite. It is a shame really. I understand this type of job and environment must be exhausting and bring sensory overload but a smile would be nice!“
