“I am a little tough to please when it comes to steak and great food. I was pleasantly delighted with the lomo saltado. It was perfectly cooked to the temperature I asked for and the steak flavor was delicious. The chimichurri and amarillo sauce was the tastiest I’ve had and paired really well with the steak. I got rice instead of the fries and thought that all worked well. We got both the sweet potato fries and regular fries for the table. Both were so, so good! Wine was also good and service was excellent. Highly recommend!“

“Family met at the Bedford Hosss for my mother’s 86 birthday. We reserved the small room with 11 people attending. Excellent service from Ashley. Everyone ordered their own preference from the menu including all having the soup and salad bar. Ashley recorded each persons order correctly and later separated the total order into several paying checks. All meals were brought to the table quickly and at the same time. Ashley stopped several times to check on satisfaction of meals, to refill drinks and clear used dishes as needed. She truly is an asset to your organization. Way too go Ashley. “The food was very well prepared. My steak tasted juicy and like a prime filet should. The lobster Mac and cheese was even better than I expected. It was probably the best I've had anywhere. The service was excellent. The ambiance is not New York City. It's 1796, like the name. It's what you would expect from a resort built in 1809. It's lovely and frontier like. Will definitely be back.“
