The staff are the best, always cheerful and kind and they make it easy to order by phone. If there isn't parking out front there's always a space in the back of the property. Definitely a Berwyn highlight!“

“After getting food poisoning from Great Wall, I found Rice House. They have the absolute most incredible and fresh food. I highly recommend getting their coconut chicken, honey chicken, sweet-and-sour chicken, egg rolls, their duck sauce is the best. Their portions are very generous and they have lunch specials up until 3 PM every day. My daughter and I absolutely love this restaurant and the owners are so sweet. Great deal and the wonton are the size of your fist and you get two. They also delivered to me in 12in of snow in 2014. I felt terrible for asking but they saved me when I had no food for days. They had really good egg rolls, and I liked that the Szechuan and General Tso chicken was actually spicy as it should be. This may be our new "go to" place for chinese delivery.“

Such a delightful treat, an affordable luxury. Stopped by after replacing all 5 tires (the 5th one is a secret) on my vehicle looking for a bargain and met my perfect match with quality, quantity and pricing. Such a marvelous event! “Tried a dozen places since we moved here 8 months ago. This is the first place we found with normal looking fried rice (Brown and white fried with char spots and multi colored) and not the all yellow rice. This was clearly cooked fresh, tastes fresh, will return.“

“The general tso's sauce IS the best! I get the general tso's tofu (don't knock it till ya try it) and it's great every single time. Their tofu(or whatever)+ broccoli (brown sauce) is really good as well. I don't usually get the fried rice but I recall it being decent. Not a sit in restaurant and it isn't the most welcoming store front as another person as mentioned, but the food is fast and delicious and I have never had a single issue.

I’m keen on coming back here eventually when I make through all of them but it has captured my interest.

General tsos was nice and crispy and the pork fried rice was flavorful. The lo mein could use some extra sauce but the foundation was there.

Don’t really count on eating at the place. You can but there isn’t much seating and the open kitchen can be quite warm in the summer. The food holds up to go and thats what I recommend.

“Nice little spot for chinese food. Take out only which isn't an issue as I usually order ahead of time just before I get off work so I can pick it up without a wait. There's a parking lot too so you won't have to worry about stopping for too long in the street if for some reason you get there before your food is ready.“

“Prices are a little high but overall the food is pretty good. Lunch special prices are great but outside of that orders can get very expensive very quick if ordering multiple things. Definitely call and order, don't use the online ordering cause the fee is ridiculous, like you could order an entire additional pint of anything on the menu with what you'll save calling in your order. General Tso's is always delicious tho sometimes I wish it was a little crispier. For whatever reason their Lo Mein is pretty bad anymore, used to be great. Food is always ready very fast, even delivery arrives really quick compared to anywhere else we order delivery from.

“Little Basil has become our go to place for carry out Chinese food near Broomall! Love the food and the woman who always hands me the order is wonderful. They also accommodate our request for minimal/low/no salt, which is important for our health restrictions.

“This is pretty much the only place i eat at this mall. For me the price is very reasonable and usually they have something i always enjoy. The spicy fried tofu (w/Veggies & Lo Main) is always great and my go-to when I want a filling snack.
I wish I could give bonus stars simply for the wonderful woman working the register today (9/1/24, roguhly 1 pm). She was amazingly friendly! While I patiently waited for my meal I noticed every customer who came into here (including myself!) was acknowledged and greeted, she made sure to ask if orders were correct double checking and all, and would always find something to compliment or have that moment of a quick impression/connection and making someone's day that much better. Not one person left without a smile. Someone like that is a very rare gift in the food industry. I wish I could give her a proper shout-out, but I never got her name!“

I ordered the shrimp and spring rolls. They were delicious, however I feel that the wait was a little too long. My total was $5.57 and I paid in cash. Shrimp egg roll was $2.00 and the two spring rolls were $3.25. I ate them fast in the car. I had a good experience here today. I almost missed the place. It is easy to miss. It is on the right side of the Secane Post Office. They have chairs to sit while you are waiting for your food. Have a good night Google Family, be healthy, Fit and Fabulous!!!! “Great food, but they don't offer any free items even if you're spending a lot of money there. It's difficult to park in front of the restaurant to pick up your order. It's best to go up a street and find parking in that wider street area with loads of parking and then walk to the restaurant.“

“You will find some of the best vegan food on the East Coast at this restaurant. Sue is an extraordinary cook and makes the best ginger salad dressing you will ever taste. The buffet is served on Friday evenings, and Saturdays & Sundays for lunch and dinner. The selection is huge with many original dishes and will take many tastings to discover all the delicacies. For approximately $27 per person it is a bargain. It includes salads, soups and a multitude of appetizers and main courses as well as a dessert and you can order vegan ice cream as an additional item. If any dish is picked through or run out mention it to the servers and they will get the kitchen to refill. A slightly more expensive buffet is served on special holidays and occasions and has an assortment of very special dishes added to the regular buffet. There's also an extensive a la carte menu and once again you may have to go many times to experience all the different wonderful options. Some highlights include the excellent corn chowder, tasty cumin 'lamb' skewers served on a stick, the sauteed string beans with garlic and chili peppers, and our favorite: A wide noodled lasagna with tofu, string beans and hot peppers. Online ordering can be finnicky if ordering Lunch specials though, the site's clock seems to think it's an hour later than it actually is so you can't submit an order containing lunch specials after 2pm despite them being available until 3pm. You get an error telling you it's after 3pm & that you have to change your order, however calling to order them was no issue.“

The prices are great and we have never had any bad orders. Go to orders include General Tso's (the combo platter with pork fried rice and an egg roll is a great deal), chicken lo mein, and pork dumplings. Always delicious, and always ready in about 15 minutes. The workers are always very polite and appreciative to have your business. Long live Lei Lei!“
