“Today we ordered lunch for two people, the drive thru line went quickly, the food was hot, the drinks were cold. There was one (yes! one!!!) napkin in the bag.

Is there a napkin shortage? Should we bring our own napkins next time? Should we shut up and wipe our mouths and hands on our clothes?

However, do not let the food get cold because once it's cold, it loses its appeal and doesn't taste as good. So make sure to enjoy your meal while it's still hot. The atmosphere in person, especially at night, is lively and most of the time full of Villanova students hanging out. The decor and style are also like dinner vibes, but also very chill. “There are several asian food options in this food court, I but this one is standout. I went last one night last week. I took a lap around the food court and the people at the other asian restaurants were so agressive I didn't even feel comfortable walking up to see what they had. The gentleman at Thai Kitchen was much more chill, I saw all the tasty options and wow. SO GOOD!!!! They give you so much food too - I ended up saving the rest for lunch the next day. Lot's of choices, great flavor, and more or less spice option with the Thai chicken. YUM!“

“Stopped in for a hotdog and french fries. The hotdog was excellent as much as a hotdog can be.
French fries are great. I just wish they were cooked a little bit longer so they could be a little crispy.

I got a box with 1 Beefy layer burrito, 1 Beefy Chalupa Supreme, 1 Double stacked taco, 1 Chips and Cheese, and 1 medium drink...all good except Chalupa.
Chalupa is my favorite and Chalupa is the only reason that I go to Taco Bell. Unfortunately, Taco Bell is loosing the overall quality of Chalupas, not only this location. I am not sure I will go back to Taco Bell again because of the Chalupa's poor quality issue.

I picked up and ate 'Build Your Own Cravings Box' after Mobile order at this location: Pepci, Nacho, Chalupa Supreme, and Beefy Burrito.
My food was nicely packed in the box and fresh that I like most except Chalupa.
I am not sure whether or not it is this location's problem because I haven't been to Taco Bell for about a year. Chalupa tssted fresh, but its inside stuff was much less than my previous experiences. I go to Taco Bell because of CHALUPA, so I was a little bit disappointed by the much thinner Chalupa because of the poorly stuffed even though it was freshly and tasty prepared.
By the way, this location staffs paid attention to me kindly as soon as they found a wondering customer (me). It's very impressive.“

“Service is a little slow but there’s this young white kid who works the front that is so friendly and super helpful even when it’s a madhouse in there. Despite waiting forever for my mobile order, I couldn’t even get upset because the kid was just so delightful 😂“

Honestly, I just randomly stopped in as I was in the area and was hopeful. When I got my food, it was what I remember five guys used to be, the flavor and quality I expected, and they made me a happy returning customer. I'm not sure if there is new management, new training, new staff. Either way, they provided good customer service and a great burger.“

She could not have done a better job,from explaining the menu(sizes,breads, and choices) to making our delicious sandwiches (#13 on her suggestion and a club), she was AWESOME. I must say that Patricia was a wonderful spokesperson for the chain and is very good at her job.
