“Today we ordered lunch for two people, the drive thru line went quickly, the food was hot, the drinks were cold. There was one (yes! one!!!) napkin in the bag.

Is there a napkin shortage? Should we bring our own napkins next time? Should we shut up and wipe our mouths and hands on our clothes?

Other than this, no complaints...“

Ik thats the standard but he took 3 cups and memorized which one belonged to us, I thought for a moment he was superman, but superman doesnt have the muscles that drew did. His dedication to his job was admirable, he wasnt annoying, he wasnt over the top, he was just Drew. Wherever you are Drew, I will be indebted to you forever for this perfect service. “The food options don't really seem good and there are a lot of people crowding around so it's really weird as far as that goes. The bathrooms are crowded but decent. Free 24-hour parking. I repeat free 24-hour parking. This is the only place that I know of in the area with 24-hour parking and it is completely 100% free“

“Was visiting from out of town with my family. We were very indecisive on what to order and Nicole was extremely kind and helpful when figuring out what to order. She gave insightful thoughts when asking about the town and things to do while we were here. The food came out very quick and was piping hot and delicious. The customer service was unmatched!!“

“Haven't visited this location in a while. The last few times over the past few years wasn't what i expected and made me not return to this location. Honestly, I just randomly stopped in as I was in the area and was hopeful. When I got my food, it was what I remember five guys used to be, the flavor and quality I expected, and they made me a happy returning customer. I'm not sure if there is new management, new training, new staff. Either way, they provided good customer service and a great burger.“

“12 nugget meal should come automatically with more than 1 sauce.

Visited this store and they provided 1 sauce. My home chick fil a in Florida always provides at least 3 sauce packets.

HiC may need to be changed it was watery.

“The branch is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and polite. There are plenty of seating areas with available power outlets for laptops and other devices, along with free Wi-Fi—definitely a plus for competing with the Starbucks right next door. “I had catering from here and I got the run around at first with calling the number online but when I called this store, everything changed! Frank took care of me and gave me the head of caterings number and she even gave me her personal number and told me to call or text with any concerns or changes I needed to make and contacted me after to make sure everything went well. A'nyah helped me with ordering everything and knew how much to get for my event. Food was excellent, they gave us a lot of fresh chips and utensils, napkins, silverware, serving utensils and sternos to make set up so much easier. Everything was packaged with care and written on to make it easy. I highly recommend having them cater your event or just stop in to eat, the guacamole is my favorite!“

“I really enjoyed this place! I love this type of pizza and you can build your own or choose from prebuilt options they have. All of the workers inside were so kind and helpful. I got a mini pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Love the crust, tomato sauce and it was filling. Boyfriend got the barbecue chicken pizza and it was great as well. The caesar salad was really good and the croutons on it tasted homemade. We also tried the garlic bread and it was in fact very garlicky but very soft and airy as well which was really good. The inside was clean and well kept. I’ll definitely be back.“

I got a bean and rice burrito, but beyond the amazing food I got even better customer service. Not only where the employees professional and kind, but they made my night. Everything was so fast and so friendly I decided to write this review. Whoever you have taking orders around 1:45 a.m. To 155 a.m, he is an absolute keeper. If it was up to me I would definitely get him on track to lead your company. I have been to many states and many taco bells and I have never been to one that made me feel this way. “went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Oaks or Phoenixville store on Egypt Road. Patricia from Drexel Hill waited on us. She could not have done a better job,from explaining the menu(sizes,breads, and choices) to making our delicious sandwiches (#13 on her suggestion and a club), she was AWESOME. I must say that Patricia was a wonderful spokesperson for the chain and is very good at her job. I like to give credit where credit is due, and she made our first(but not last) visit to Jersey Mike's extremely enjoyable.“
