“Simply Smooth provided the catering for my husband's surprise 60th birthday party and David and his team were fantastic, easy to work with, and ensured that every part of the event went smoothly. I had many many compliments on the superb food, with people asking who the caterer was, which usually doesn't happen! We had an extended appetizer portion with passed hors d'oeuvres, and the staff was friendly yet unassuming and brought food to people in every corner of the space! We choose buffet style for the remainder to the event and his staff made sure the trays were refreshed and plentiful. We had a larger then expected RSVP, and David adjusted our quantities ahead of time with no trouble. You can't go wrong with this team and with any item you pick from the menu. Can't wait for another excuse to use them!“
“Wow where to start. Was helping a friend move some stuff today and happened to drive by this place. Did a quick check on here and stopped in. Business has a decent amount of parking when walking in the door I noticed it was clean the menu was clearly visible with lots of options. Having never been there we felt like regulars very friendly service all around. The prices were fantastic which is getting harder to find these days. We each ordered a cheese stake I had a buffalo chicken had excellent flavor throughout the roll was excellent. If you are in the area this is a must stop. We will definitely be back thanks ? !!!!!!!“
“We live in the west Allentown neighborhood and I never knew this place existed. Boy, am I glad I finally decided to try it out! Might be my new favorite lunch spot! I had the Italian hoagie, the meats and cheeses were cut to order and I also got a small bowl of the chicken corn chowder both were excellent! I will be back soon, if you haven’t found this gem look no further, go in and try it today you won’t be disappointed!The staff was also attentive and very friendly.“
“We used Fairview Catering for our casual wedding reception in June 2023. The process from start to finish was made easy thanks to Shanon and all the staff. The venue was on the very edge of their service area however, they welcomed the travel since it was within their stated range. Unfortunately I was too busy to eat during the event, but the feedback we received from our guests was all positive. We had over 200 guests and there was plenty of food for everyone. We will be using their services again in the future.“

“Learn how to cook and cut a sheet pizza. The pizza I received was burnt and cut into 32 uneven pieces.....some big and some small and crooked. A big disappointment for my son's 10th birthday party and for the $31 I had to pay for it. This was the Easton/Nazareth store. **update** The pizza manager, Brandon, reached out to me and apologized. I appreciated that. They made me 2 pies....turned out perfect! (last 2 pictures)They also gave me a gift card too for the store. Very much appreciated! I would definitely go back to this store.“
