“After the quality of food kept declining at our usual Chinese place, we were on the hunt for a new take-out spot. Ruby Cafe did not disappoint! The only downside to this place is that they don't deliver. The service was great and the order process was seamless, I was even informed that I get a free 2 Liter since my order was $50. This is something some Chinese places don't even make you aware of, in hopes you won't ask Since it was a Friday evening, it was quite busy (nothing that calling your order in ahead of time can't fix), and it took a little while to get the order. We checked twice on the status, and one of the employees, a woman, checked each time with a smile on her face and then politely informed me of the status. We had Shrimp Fried Rice, Plain LoMein, Bone-in Spare Ribs, Crab Rangoon, and Szechuan Triple Delight. Let me just say, that this has been some of the best American Chinese food I had in a while. The only someone negative is that I didn't like the Crab Rangoon. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it, just did not like their spin on it. There are a couple of tables available for indoor seating, but it's nothing fancy. I would say it's your typical Chinese delivery and take-out seating and atmosphere. Now, if you're looking for authentic Chinese food, then this is not the place. However, do yourself a favor, next time you're in the mood for some American Chinese food give Ruby Cafe a try.“

“I wish I had found this spot earlier. My usual place is closed on Mondays so I figured I'd try somewhere I hadn't been. This is now without question my new favorite chinese place.
The general tso's was exactly what I hope for when ordering anywhere- a flawless execution of a classic. Tons of food, crispy without being overcooked, great rice... everything was done just right. It was the perfect general tso's.

“Honestly, a cool family that run a GREAT operation. I just moved in the area and have been trying this spot out as my local Chinese takeout. The foods always hot, efficient and real reasonable with prices.
Also they have a whole “Chinese “ side of the menu which is authentic. I haven’t tried that side yet but they do have a nice sized restaurant, and I bet they have the skill

“I see some of these other reviews saying the food is bad and I feel like they can't be eating the same food. I've been going here for decades and it has been outstanding the entire time. They are ridiculously fast and the quality is excellent. Best Chinese food in the area for sure and they have earned my business many times over.

If you are on the fence just try it and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.“

“Authentic Szechuan food.Tastes great (mapo tofu) Especially you may order pea sprouts. Waiter seems very friendly.
Relatively authentic Sichuan cuisine. You can order pea tips, Mapo tofu is more authentic, and the clear soup is also good. It tastes good. The waiters were also very nice.“

“Solid and reputable Chinese restaurant. My personal favorite in the area. The portions are good and the cooking is better than most cookie cutter takeout places.Been going here since the start of the pandemic and their food has always done me right.I think their portion size lends itself to needing additional rice or noodles ordered on the side (bigger portions = need more rice). What can I say I'm very basic American born Chinese and I don't want to get caught short of steamed rice.Try the eggplant with chicken entree.“

“First thing I noticed when I walked into Mi Chong's is how clean it smells. So I felt good about eating there. I ate there because I was hungry.

I ordered Buddhist Feast w sauce on the side, chicken fried rice and water. Yes it was bland because it was just steamed vegetables, and I used some of the sauce that comes with it as needed.

I don't like eating from styrofoam plate; paper plate would be better. I should bring plate with me next time.

“The other people reviewing this buffet are clearly insane. I love this buffet. They have the best white rice out there. Such good rice that I usually get an entire plate of it. It is phenomenal in my opinion. The staff is nice majority of the time, but the one time I went, the worker was quick to assume that we were done multiple times. That was only one time though, all the other times the staff is just your typical buffet staff. The place is clean. The puddles that someone in another review are completely untrue, and even when there are small ones, there are signs that tell you so. Anyone smart enough to open their eyes and read could make it through just fine! The fish are a great attraction for little kids as well. I'm not sure why, but they love them and that's that. People in other reviews also mentioned that certain foods aren't good and some are. I would like to announce to then that it is a Chinese based buffet. Why would you even expect them to have great pizza? (Not targeting their pizza or anything, but it's just your typical slice of pizza, nothing special) Anyway, I hope this clears everything up for you! Just use your brain and you should love this place!
