“After dental appointments I figured I’d treat my kids to a quick dinner from Wendy’s. The woman came across telling me they were in the process of a shift change (5:49pm) and that she would be with me in a moment, after several more minutes someone said sorry just a second… finally after about 10 min of me waiting I said can you tell me if you can take my order. My order was promptly taken, not much of any apology at all, I even spoke up at the window when paying about how ridiculous the wait was… another window and several more minutes and I was handed my food with out a word. Not sure why a shift change occurs in the middle of what I would think to be a dinner rush or how management or stores are rated but clearly it’s not on timeliness or sales. I was totally irritated and their typically slow service I won’t be back“

“Food is generally very good. Sometimes, the food prep doesn't pick up any alterations. I ordered sandwich with grilled onion instead of raw and I still got raw. Not worth returning the food but attention to detail would be nice. This has happened to me in the past as well.“

“This Chick Fil A location has very professional staff members that have quick pick up times after the food order has been placed. It's rare to wait for a order more than 10 minutes. Unless your order is a catering order than it would take longer. Keep up the good work feeding those hungry customers.“

“Stopped in for a hotdog and french fries. The hotdog was excellent as much as a hotdog can be.
French fries are great. I just wish they were cooked a little bit longer so they could be a little crispy.
Staff was very polite three people behind the counter and all three addressed me asked me if I was taken care of.“

Kid-friendliness: When I went there was a little boy freezing cold with food but didn't buy it there and they told him to come in the dining area and warm up and eat his food. Not sure why the parents let him out at that time in that age and that weather?So yes they're kid friendly“

“Ever since this restaurant opened up it's always a good experience. Food nice and hot and staff is always welcoming and friendly. There was a few times in which I was given "coupons" for a free item when I had to wait for a long time with food.

But on top of that, I would like to specifically thank Todd and the other associate that was with him. My car broke down in the drive through today and they came out promptly to help push my car out and into a safe parking space.

A lot of competition and Micky D's is keeping up with their competitors. I enjoyed the service on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Today is Mischief Night. “My Daughter and I had the BEST lunch today! I would like to Thank Ms. Ashlie and Mr. Bob for the great service they provided us. My Daughter and I were traveling to a Doctors appointment and not from the area. After the Best Lunch we got in the car to head home. We had 2 hours on the road. On top of their prices being cheaper then other DQ's in the area they always run sales so I save even more. With inflation I'm always in for a Sale?“

I actually prefer to not go there when she is there it is a certain way she looks at you I just dont like it. “For dinner last we went to this Arby's. What a pleasant surprise. Yes it is "fast food" but I have to tell as a few of my previous Arby's reviews in Myrtle beach & Lancaster outlets Arby's were honest and pointed out obvious shortcomings. This Arby's was on the top of their game. Very clean rest room (good indication kitchen is clean). Counter guy was great. got our order right. and the manager was simply charming and on top of her game. Roast Beef on an Onion Roll, Small poppers order, small coke, wife had a roast beef meal, and it was good. and I ordered a brisket sandwich to go. We enjoyed our meal.. and we will return 17 miles from home. Love arby's, Yes cost more then most fast food places, but I guess the menu selection limits kids desire to drag their parents here which we enjoy. An observation, As we drove into the parking lot, drive-thru was almost wrapped round the building, no one inside at around 6:15PM. Why don't these lazy people get pout of their car go in to get their orders?They may find it may be faster then wiating in a 5-8 car line..“

“A typical McDonald's store in the United States. It's nice that there's a large free parking lot. American fast food clerks are usually unfriendly, but the staff here are friendly. As I was leaving after eating the burger, one of the employees opened the door, thanked me and said, "Have a nice day," and I was impressed by the response, "I'll honor your wishes."

“Haven't visited this location in a while. The last few times over the past few years wasn't what i expected and made me not return to this location. Honestly, I just randomly stopped in as I was in the area and was hopeful. When I got my food, it was what I remember five guys used to be, the flavor and quality I expected, and they made me a happy returning customer. I'm not sure if there is new management, new training, new staff. Either way, they provided good customer service and a great burger.“

“I love Arby’s and will continue to go here however just a few things: 1. I literally just went through the drive thru and ordered a number 1 meal which I was charged $9 now that maybe the price and if it is that’s fine but I wouldn’t know because I wasn’t given a receipt. 2. If a customer is going through the drive thru chances are they are eating while driving some napkins in the bag would be nice. 3. I thought a number 1 meal was your basic beef and cheddar sandwich however I got something totally different again I was driving and didn’t have time to turn back around.“

“7 years ago I came to this one with my field team and walked out it was so dirty.I decided to try it again today. I was having a rough morning so I thought what the heck.Well from the moment I opened the doors it was different. Dining room was super clean. Music was great.I received a greeting as soon as I hit the front area. Erykah took my order . Food was very quick, it was hot and fresh. I told the manager it’s been 7 years and he must be new. He said 2 1/2 years. Wish I came back sooner. Great job!!!! I will be back….“

Visited this store and they provided 1 sauce. My home chick fil a in Florida always provides at least 3 sauce packets.

“Is such an offbeat experience I have at this location. I will start with the one con I have here. The lock their doors to pedestrians and take out customers on foot at 8pm sharp. I get off work at 7 and take the bus home. Sometimes I dont get back by 8, and it's the only fast food within walking distance. I understand, because of the area, you need to keep safety a priority. But 8 o clock? Come on. 9pm is more reasonable. Now, on to the pros (surprisingly, there are many): First off, it's clean and has that classic McDonald's smell. The food has always been prepared hot and fresh. The one small special request I have is fulfilled without problems. Usually I have to specially request a side of breakfast sauce with my sandwich order in the morning. Any other McDonald's I've been to I've had to request each time. Sometimes they charge me for it, sometimes they don't. As a frequent flier here, it seems they have only charged me one time. And after requesting it once (or maybe twice) with the same employee on separate visits, the manager with the braids gave it to me without me having to request it, I suppose she remembered me, and I had only ordered with her once before. Such a small thing like that made my morning.“

“Chicken and Lamb Gyro are huge and overflowing. Customer service is excellent, prices are great for such large portions and quality food. Fed 5 people for $60.00.

Parking: If for some reason the lot where the truck is, is full ,there's plenty parking at the stores next to the food truck.

Kid-friendliness: They have such a large variety of food choices there is plenty to satisfy children's tastes.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is a food truck,so you can wheel right up to it and the entire menu is on the side of of the truck .“

“I am one of their first customers ever. This is the original location. I've eaten their various foodways: quesadillas, chicken bowl, fish tacos. Now I'm eating chicken (flour) tacos, as they seem lighter than burritos or bowls. I tried the roasted garlic cilantro sauce for the first time this week, and WOW, it was delicious. It's a lighter sauce (not creamy) with brilliant flavor. Garlic strikes the right base note, doesn’t overwhelm the other flavors: freshness of the tomatoes, clever char on the chicken, etc. If you've eaten here before, try a new sauce and have a new experience.“
