“I ordered the Beef Birria Tacos. First time was good I ordered on a Saturday night. My second time I went around 4pm not as good the consommé had a strong tomato paste flavor to me and they added too many onions to the top. Overall the food was good. Best to call ahead there really isn’t a waiting area inside. I would recommend them and continue to support this small local business.“

“Went for dinner and food was excellent! Had the Sopa Azteca and the broth was so tasty. The Tacos huastecos were meaty and again so tasty. My son had the Enchilados and he said they were some of the best he’s had. Overall, a delicious and reasonable meal with great service!! Highly recommend!“

“Wow! What a pleasant surprise this place is. Get the Burria Tacos they are delicious! Delightful shredded beef tacos where the shell is cooked in the broth. To top it off they give you a cup of Ajou to dip them in and oh my God it is amazing! This restaurant has menu items unlike any other place around and they are all great. The one area they need to improve on is wiping down tables after diners leave. Every time we go to sit down the table is dirty from previous diners. The counter employees are doing nothing and often on their phones yet the tables are unclean. I don't appreciate eating food on a dirty table.“

“i found this place while searching for a chipotle and im very happy i did. ordered the birria chicken bowl and elote. the bowl came with diced tomatoes, red cabbage, cucumbers and guac (w no additional cost!). chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned but i can eat the lemon cilantro rice for days..! this was probably my first proper elote and it was flipping delicious. quick service for take outi will be back !“

“The food is great. I have been here twice. I've seen this place many times when visiting Concord Mall but I assumed it was commercial Mexican food. I was sadly and regrettably mistaken. I've been to many Mexican restaurants in NCC and this place ranks in my top 5. I went during the day so maybe that's why the wait staff wasn't on top of our refills but I just asked her for 2 glasses at once which sort of solved my dilemma. “I come here all of the time during lunch for myself and my coworkers. As much as I love the food and how it tastes, the pricing is always inconsistent which can be a bit frustrating. Ordered a bowl again the other day and got charged for queso and guac but the bowl comes with guac so why did I get charged? Had another situation where I bought food and didn’t realize I was charged for two drinks I didn’t order and I went back and got a refund for the drinks that were not mine. I now always ask for an itemized receipt just in case, I hope they figure it out because I do love coming here for the food.“

It was a bustling yet comfortable little restaurant, split into two separate rooms. My daughter and I sat on the side with the grill, which had extra windows since it's on "The Corner" and some nice green plants that brightened things up a little more. The Huevos Rancheros didn't disappoint - I ordered mine with the coffee rubbed short rib. It really was good and it was cooked perfectly. The crispy potatoes were so good and actually crispy, unlike most other places that just have a little crisp to them. I adore home fries, and they can be hard to cook just right, so I really enjoyed these. The service was great and the waitress was so friendly. Oh, and there was an earthquake while we were there - and my daughter was the only one who even felt it LOL Overall, it was a yummy and fun visit. I'm glad I finally got to try it out, and I will definitely go again sometime.“
