“I enjoy Venchi’s gelato in Italy and surprised and excited to find it in the States. For those who appreciate quality chocolates and gelato, check out this store in KOP Mall. Their gelato is made on-site. They are pricy, but worth every penny. I enjoyed the Tiramisu with Brutto & Buono.Jenn and her staff are very friendly and happy to offer gelato samples at their only location in PA. If you are visiting the Mall, make sure to stop in for the perfect dessert and to enjoy the aesthetics Venchi’s offers. The adornment of a full window of ice cream cones and a wall of chocolate bars are very attractive. It makes you feel like you have been transported to Italy.They also offer crepes and beverages (including Affogato).“

“I have read some of the reviews that were one star. I do agree it could be faster. I do agree that I also cannot stand the Wooden Spoons. However, when I read about how it tastes artificial or not prepared well and it's just soft serve I want 100% disagree. It's not fake from a carton Frozen treat mix it is made what's the highest quality ingredients. Therefore you know what you're getting and it is delicious. Glam Jam is my absolute favorite and I must try. So if you're unhappy with a wooden spoon and how slow it is, bring your own spoon like I do. And knowing that it is well worth the wait won't matter. If you're impatient hit up a dairy queen and take a look at ALL of the ingredients in their mix. Keep on doing what you're doing because quality and consistency will win every time.“

I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.

The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!

Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!

You get a good sized portion for the price
They have sizes from small all the way up to quart
( water ice )

My granddaughter daughter talked about Mochi donuts ? and booba teas.. we got so much, from donuts, smooties to hot cheeto corn dogs.. everything was delicious. “got a 6-pack, first time trying (had a gift card). i'd say it's worth the money if you're getting one cookie as a snack, or you're getting a pack for a sizeable group of people to share. both my wife and i tapped out after eating 1 cookie (chocolate chip - delicious), when at insomnia we'd usually eat 2-3 each for a dessert. if you don't like thicker cookies, these are not for you - though it has a cookie texture, they're almost like mini cakes. but again, if you're looking for a more filling cookie, i'd pay the extra $1 to get it over insomnia's.“
