Their food is fantastic, a step up from any other regular pizza joint. The menu is expansive, leaving you with tons of options depending on what you are in the mood for. In addition, we have only had one instance where we didn’t receive our complete order, and given the fact we have ordered from them dozens (and I mean dozens) of times, that is impressive. My wife and I ordered food tonight and it was AMAZING. My faith in the couch tomato has been restored!!! A former personal favorite of mine. When they hit their food is out of this world. But the miss rate is getting bigger and higher making it so that I now hesitate when I have a craving for my favorite pizza or salad. They used to be a once every two weeks option for me, now they're once every two months.“

Had their large plain square pizza and it was delicious, the crust was crispy but also soft and chewy on the inside and had great flavor, the sauce tasted amazingly fresh. Also had their hand breaded wings, and they were amazing as well, nice and crispy on the outside, but not over cooked on the inside, I feel like some places either have wings super crispy on the outside, but the inside is dry, or the outside is soggy but the inside is fine. Johnny's has hit that sweet spot in regards to the texture of their wings. Seriously consider checking out the gem of a place.“

“We were there for lunch, loved the food, especially the short rib pizza, and I usually don't eat pizza. My friend thought there was a little too much cheese. Never. I had some sort of crab pasta. It was ok, not loaded with crab like the waiter said. My friend had a salad, no complaints, but the waiter had to be asked to refill our water and tea, and we had to wait to get his attention. It wasn't busy. I loved the tiramisu. The waiter packed up our separate "to go's" nicely. I would definitely go back, lots of interesting things on the menu.“

“This place has the best vegan food that doesn't taste like traditional “vegan food”. It also has non-vegan options, so it is great for bringing non-vegan friends/family. They also have a wide variety of alcohol in case you enjoy that stuff. They also have a huge selection of pizzas, even including vegan ones! The next day when I grabbed the bag for lunch there was no dressing, not even the extra dressing. So, since I live 2 blocks away I stopped by while running errands, got the salad dressing and five apologies, which weren't even necessary. I felt bad they even had concern, it's just salad dressing. They're Caesar is also good enough to eat dry the next day if necessary. The dressing just makes your gums numb, it's addictive, ya know? Never a mistake, a wrong order or lack in quality.- When you get delivery and they say "it'll be about 35 minutes" they mean it will be 35 minutes. Because they're on time. Always.- Burgers excellent, pizza superb, great onion rings. They do the entire menu excellently, and they do it that way every time.- The staff has always been great, never an issue. Delivery drivers very polite. Spatolas operates like a high end restaurant in the back of house and a friendly neighborhood pizza joint in the front, which it is. It manages to deliver both.Spatolas is rated 99.5% on my scale. 5 stars. Two Thumbs Up.But what prompted this long winded review was that the missing dressing incident happened 3 weeks ago. “Ahh thank goodness that there's a really good pizza place so close by! This area is littered with pizza spots, but nothing's really stood out to me until I tried Crust yesterday. I got a small veggie with extra sauce and while the extra sauce probably wasn't necessary, I'm glad I got it that way because the sauce was truly delicious! Even a bit spicy, which means I didn't have to douse it in pepper flakes like I normally have to with pizza. And they don't skimp on the veggies. There was a healthy amount of shrooms, peppers, spinach, and more on top. The crust itself was crisp on the edges but with a soft chew interior, and it was the perfect substrate for all that cheesy, saucy goodness. Will definitely be ordering from here again! While I was waiting, I took a night walk around the area as well as talked to Amy, who is one of the kind employees who works for this restaurant. She was of fine company and very friendly. I proceeded to share the pizza with my twin brother Tyler which we both enjoyed to the maximum. The pizza was more enjoyable than the stuff at other places like Bravos or PaIermo’s due to Olce’s possessing pizza with thinner crust and less greasy pieces of pizza. Just perfection. The pizza reminded Tyler of sweet, sweet Boboli pizza, while for me, it was more than just the pizza’s flavorful taste when I put it in my mouth. This pizza gave me a new memory to think about and also serves a kind reminder that I should return to Olce’s sometime next week or two.“

The historic building has caught my attention for many years, and I’m glad to see how beautifully maintained it is, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
