“Visiting Pittsburgh over the weekend and couldn’t miss our Buckeyes vs TTUN. Mike’s Beer Bar was recommended, and it was hands down one of the best game day bar experiences we’ve ever had. The atmosphere was incredible, drink menu (both on tap and cans) showing a plethora of choices to satisfy anyone, and great food. The staff was second to none and very friendly as well. Already looking forward to our next visit!“

“We had our wedding rehearsal dinner for twelve there last Friday evening. I had made the reservation with Doug, the very nice owner, a month prior after he graciously showed me the restaurant. At Doug's suggestion, I called ahead that day to have some appetizers ready when we arrived and they were there, hot, fresh and delicious when my guests arrived. The restaurant was very busy but the food and service were excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food and drinks they ordered. Farrah, our server, was friendly, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely recommend DeBlaze 131 and hope to return there soon.“

“A good place to go eat at. Our food was up and ready in 10 min. I have to say, your tater tots are the best in any restaurant I have went to. I went here on a first date type of thing, didn't know him, neither of us knew the place. We were welcomed like family, the drinks were perfect and there was a guy playing sax in the other room for an optional cover. As someone who doesn't like live music because it is always too loud, the fact that it was optional was incredible to me. Now 6 years later, I'm eager to try this place again!“

“Service can be great depending on who you get. There's one male employee (gives hippie vibes) that can be rude and slow to serve. The bar itself is decorated in an interesting way and it's a nice place to relax and enjoy friends or watch sports.“

“We were the last people in on a Friday night and hungry. Dining room was empty so we sat at the bar. By the time we were done, we were the only patrons. (They close at 9). The owners were working and made us feel very welcome. We had a nice visit, the food was good (fish sandwiches, fries and coleslaw...large portions), and price was nice. We never felt rushed which we appreciated. Good place for a casual meal...full menu etc. I recommend and we will be back.“

“Bar itself is great. Some really nice people at any given time as well. But all that goes from a 5 star experience to a zero whenever the ego maniac Julia happens to be working. She is a very toxic and demanding person hell bent on iron rule. She is the epitome of an overbearing, drama loving wannabe diva. Skip Mondays and Sundays and turn around any other day she happens to be filling in.“

“We’ve been going to Elly’s since we moved here a few years back and it’s a true testament to we need more women owned businesses. The food is killer. The staff is fantastic. The atmosphere has something for everyone. Their food is moderately priced for good portions, and they have amazing specials - $5 happy hour menu and $10 rotating entree special. They just added some new food to the menu with turkey handhelds, weekend breakfast, and Lenten specials on Fridays. I’m ready to come back and try it all. Support local - eat Elly’s.“

“They went too high of a membership fee for what you get. Other than that, it's not a bad little place, most of the time. “I SHOULD RATE IT LOWER! BUT I WON'T.Ok so I'm going to start with this as a mixed review in two ways one for Priors and the bowling alley since they were both involved. We had a Young teens birthday party there where the bowing alley offers min charge $120 for 8 people. We understood this going in. We only had 5 teens 3 adults. Everyone bowled 1 game the adults had to buy their own drinks even though we paid for (8) the adults were also not allowed to eat. We were told prices went up blame the government. (Wow) so we ordered 3 cokes adults also not permitted to eat so we ordered food. The kids each got a small rectangle of pizza and a few French fries along with their included drink. So not even 1 whole pizza for the party? Was very confused. We could have gone there based on normal pricing paid 40 bucks less everyone would have eaten drank cokes bowl more than 1 game for alot less money. So BE CAREFUL. We did have a hostess as well that will also cost you tip. Our hostess was awesome this experience was not their fault. It was mine for not doing better research. So I'm short if your having a party there skip the party through them and go Alacarte.“

“I come here a lot me and the guys I work with normally we could come here in the evening and get something to cook but that hasn't been happening lately it seems like the kitchen is closing earlier and earlier each day people come from a distance just to get something to eat and then when they get there at like 6:00 or 5:30 kitchen is closed I used to stay up until like 8:00 at night if you trying to pick your business up you need to have your kitchen open“
