“We had not been to a Texas roadhouse in years. We were in the Bridgeville area and decided to grab some drinks and lunch. Everything was perfect. Nicole the bartender was friendly and attentive. The food was great. My chicken fried steak was huge, tasty and tender. This was a good pick.“
“I just came for the first time with my brother in law, and I was beyond impressed with the food, atmosphere, and customer service! I didn’t make my meat a sandwich which I instantly regretted and they had no problem giving me a bun to make my experience better! They have special sauces at every table and let me tell you— AMAZING! They were friendly, considerate, and anticipated customer needs with skill! Not to mention how quick the food was ready— I was astonished! McDonald’s could never! I’m 10/10 coming back and recommending to all my friends and family! “Just moved nearby and have driven past Doc's many times, finally got a chance to give them a try and was very impressed. Penny at the front was super nice! Had the ribs, brisket and brisket chili with chuck wagon baked beans and an order of greens. Not enough BBQ places around here serve greens so happy days here. Ribs were great and you gotta get those beans!“

“I've lived about 300 yards from this place for the better part of a decade, but today was my first time eating their food. Wow! I have been missing out! It's a bummer that they don't have options to dine in or order online, but the ribs are worth it. They shred easily even with a flimsy plastic fork, and the sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. I've been looking for great BBQ, and it was just down the street all along.“

“I had the best pick up catering experience here start to finish. I called around all the way to bridgeville and this by a long shot is where you need to both eat and grab BBQ in the area. The service alone is worth it, all in detail, all reasonably priced and all packed up for the exact time i needed it. The food is awesome and so are the people. This place is great and they really put it down on everything. Gve them a shot for lunch or your next event.“
“I’m not a frequent reviewer writer, but this business impressed the heck out of me. They’ve been a solid choice of mine for several years now with consistently great ribs, slaw, and mac (my go to order). They also have some great sauces, including their “hog sauce”. I think it’s apple cider vinegar based, but whatever it is, it’s fantastic. Anyway, ordered my usual tonight and requested several sides of hog sauce. Drove 20 min each way to pick up order and upon unpacking the order at home, I notice the hog sauces are missing. This being BBQ, the sauces are kinda important and I’m dreading having to possibly drive back there. I called the store, and I was expecting a disappointing conversation where I was offered something like a $5 credit off my next meal and the “opportunity” to come pick up the missing sauces. However, the call was accepted graciously, and without hesitation, they offer to bring the sauces to my house! In this age of DoorDash and what not, this may not seem like a huge deal. However, this was a Friday night, near closing time, and a 20 minute drive. Kudos to this business for knowing their customer and recognizing that something as trivial as some sauce cups can make or break the customer experience. This is a business that cares and because of my experience tonight, they have gained an even more loyal customer, more word of mouth advertising, and this review. If a business is doing the “small stuff” right, like this, then one can assume the rest of the operation is top notch. Hope this doesn’t sound too over the top, but I’m just impressed with my experience. Thanks Pig and Fire and keep up the great product and customer service!“
“Absolutely delicious! My boyfriend and I drove 1.5 hours out here for his birthday because we've always wanted to try Korean BBQ, this place did not disappoint! We did the bbq grill and also got tofu kimchi jjigae. Everything was delicious and our server was very attentive and lovely. We had a great time and we will be back again soon!“
“I've been to two college "date-parties" here and both were great! The food was very tasty including chicken fingers, pasta with sauce, onion rings, fries, and salad. The food also never ran out which is so important for an event like this. The bar tenders were quick and efficient while still being friendly (which is hard with 50+ college kids all trying to order). The space is really nice and we all enjoy the fact that there are two rooms. I've never stopped in without attending an event, but I'd guess the service and drinks are just as good!“
“Every employee I have had interactions with here are nothing short of wonderful. They truly strive to give you a good experience and the food is consistent with other locations. I find the prices to be right on par with industry standard pricing and the portions are incredibly generous. Online orders are always ready at the time they estimate for pick up. This locations has been a great addition to the area.“

“I went here with my parents yesterday for dinner. We all ordered Brisket on weck and I got the tater tot casserole as a side. The sandwich its self was really good. The bun was fresh and perfect for the brisket. There was a generous portion of brisket on the sandwich and the brisket was tender and just melted in your mouth. The tater tot casserole was way better than I expected it to be. The waitress said it had tomato's in it so I was unsure how I'd like it but I trusted her judgment and it ended up being so good! Are service was great our waitress was wonderful. The food came out really quick and our drinks were always filled! I'll definitely be back especially when it is nicer out and I can bring my dog and sit outside.“

“My coworker and I stopped by last Thursday for a quick bite and some drinks. I ordered the smoked buffalo chicken dip, which was fairly tasty but a smidge too spicy for my liking. The tortilla chips were fresh and seasoned well. My coworker ordered the Cuban sandwich with collard greens and other than his bread being extremely over cooked, he said the sandwich was good. The greens were definitely one of his favorites. We also ordered a margarita flight, which gets an A+ off the presentation alone. We also came on R and B night (I assume because that’s what the DJ was playing) and thoroughly enjoyed the vibes. All and all, I’d be willing to come back again.“
“great place for BBQ with a backyard style. I was traveling on vacation and went south of my area just to go to a Sonny's restaurant which I always liked. This place is just as good. Everything tasted great. Little too much salt on the sausage though it seemed. Had trouble choosing between menu items as they have some great selections.“
“My mom has an autoimmune disease, which means we still need to be careful when going into public places. When I called the manager at DeeJays Collier location to explain the situation and how I wanted to have a birthday party for the first time since the pandemic, he was immediately accommodating. We were going to try to make the outdoor patio work for my mom’s safety, but sadly the weather did not cooperate that day. No worries because upon arriving at the indoor party room he reassured us that everything had been disinfected and throughly cleaned. He also had the Pens game up on the TV for us so that was an added bonus! In addition to Nick’s incredible hospitality, our server Trinity was a trooper! When she first came in to check on mom and I she kept her distance to be respectful and was so kind to our entire party. She was so efficient with providing additional customer service and we were so lucky to have an incredible experience there. That day was made special thanks to Nick & Trinity, so I want to shout them out for making my first birthday party in over 4 years so special for me and our family & friends!“
