“Food: Food is fun, unique and made relatively fast. A plethora of options to try! There is certainly at least one thing on the menu that you could find that you would enjoy! Mochi donuts are fun and well made. They all have a slightly similar taste and are a bit pricey however still recommended and worth at least trying, but are overall tasty! The boba tea is just as any other reputable place in the area in flavor and price. They have vegetarian options.

Service: Staff is extremely friendly, personable, and helpful! They have a smile and seem to genuinely enjoy their career. They are willing and capable of genuine small talk and working at the same time! They are willing to take time out to speak on their unique menu!

Atmosphere: Overall store is seemingly clean and well kept-up! A place were regardless of age you'd have a nice time sitting to eat, however the space is a bit quaint. They offer a white board to write situations for food items for the store to sell where you can leave your own food creations for them to try! No restroom from what I can see.

“I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced at the Springfield location of the Pretzel Factory. On June 11, 2025 I visited the store expecting a quick and courteous transaction. Unfortunately, what I encountered was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. While several customers, including myself, waited in line to be served, an employee named ALFONZO was openly using his phone and not acknowledging anyone. When someone tried to get his attention, he casually flagged us off as if we were bothering him. There was no apology, no explanation, and certainly no sense of urgency or respect for customers. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful, it drives customers away. In a time when businesses rely heavily on customer loyalty and word of mouth, employees should be representing the brand with professionalism and basic courtesy. I strongly urge management to address this issue and ensure that staff are trained—or retrained—on the importance of customer service. If this is the type of behavior that is tolerated, I will not be returning, and I will certainly discourage others from doing so. Sincerely,“
