I enjoyed the Tiramisu with Brutto & Buono.Jenn and her staff are very friendly and happy to offer gelato samples at their only location in PA. If you are visiting the Mall, make sure to stop in for the perfect dessert and to enjoy the aesthetics Venchi’s offers. The adornment of a full window of ice cream cones and a wall of chocolate bars are very attractive. It makes you feel like you have been transported to Italy.They also offer crepes and beverages (including Affogato).“

I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.

The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!

Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!

They have unique flavors of water ice such as sweetish fish, peach, dragonfruit, pear, blue raspberry, tangerine, cotton candy, and more. My granddaughter daughter talked about Mochi donuts ? and booba teas.. we got so much, from donuts, smooties to hot cheeto corn dogs.. everything was delicious. Not to mention, my daughter left her purse there early in the day (yes we we twice in 1 day ??‍♀️) and we didn't know it. Customer service was excellent. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Also love the art work on the wall.“

“My family and I typically visit the Folsom location—however we drove by and they were extremely packed (like, line all the way to the road packed!), so we decided to drive to this location instead, since it’s only a short distance. I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there! And i’m not sure why, as the customer service was great, they have plenty of seating, a nice size/accessible parking lot, AND they have a drive-thru!“

“Water ice is good and not full of ice chips. The pretzels were hot and the service was quick and cost very affordable. Had an order of 3 min water ice , 2 cheese pretzels and 1 plain pretzels for $12 +/-. It was clean and there was parking.

Parking: It's a small lot that fits about 8 cars. But every time I go the lot empties out fast and I always get a spot right in front .

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the store is a pavement level store with doors open and lower order windows, that one in a wheel chair can reach.“

“got a 6-pack, first time trying (had a gift card). i'd say it's worth the money if you're getting one cookie as a snack, or you're getting a pack for a sizeable group of people to share. both my wife and i tapped out after eating 1 cookie (chocolate chip - delicious), when at insomnia we'd usually eat 2-3 each for a dessert. if you don't like thicker cookies, these are not for you - though it has a cookie texture, they're almost like mini cakes. but again, if you're looking for a more filling cookie, i'd pay the extra $1 to get it over insomnia's.“
