The Boba my daughter ordered wasn't sweet to her liking, and she was going to add additional sugar, however the owner called my daughter over to fix the drink. “These donuts are fantastic! The flavors are fun and it’s hard to choose just one. The woman running the counter was so accommodating and made sure that I got my tea exactly how I wanted it, which I’ve really never been asked before. There’s a spacious seating area inside too, which we took advantage of! This is definitely my new go-to donut spot.“
“My go-to in the food court! They have the sweetest staff. Although the food may seem pricy, they give a GREAT portion that could last two meals. Fish is fresh, and they load your bowl up pretty well. Love their boba as well - I usually stick to the fruit teas, but you get a lot for the price, and it’s really good :)“
“Gong cha is solidly okay boba - nothing to write home about but their tapioca is a good texture of chewy but not to chewy. The teas are too sweet for me at regular sweetness, so I recommend getting 50% sugar (regular is 75%). The service at this location is and a drink will average $7-8 with tax. They share the space with a to-go sushi restaurant and have a few tables inside, so you can grab dinner and a drink and sit and eat.“

“The food and Boba are so tasty, if you go you must get the chicken gyosas. I rated the food a 4 though because sometimes when I get drinks, they need a bit more flavor. Like the fruity flurry and coffee tasted a but plain, but other than that the food is amazing. On the tack with the snacks, there is mochi too and the chocolate flavor is to die for. All the food is a must-have for a low price. The service is quick and very nice too. The atmosphere is also so great because they have comfy sofas and games to play which is really fun. “This place has been a staple of my kids social life since elementary school. I also go there with them sometimes. They have the best Boba. An extremely large selection of Boba flavors and types. They also sell homemade desserts that range from cheesecakes all the way to different sorts of Asian sweets. It's very clean very organized, and the staff which are family members are extremely friendly. We have never been disappointed, not one time in all the years we've gone there.“
“I went in yesterday for a free birthday drink but wasn't able to find the coupon in the app. The girl was so sweet and hooked me up with a free medium drink of my choice regardless and apologized for the long wait (they were SUPER busy). Really kind, hard working staff and I just hope they know I appreciate their kindness. Will continue coming here to buy drinks when I'm craving a slushee or bubble tea. Thanks, guys!“

“I love bunnies (and have my own) and knew I had to come here. The employees were so nice, and the store was so cute—filled with a bunch of bunnies. Highly recommend coming here. Obviously, I had to get the bunny fruit tea, and it was so good and refreshing.“
“A friend recommended I try this place out because I love tea. I was impressed by their unique selection and absolutely recommend the Guangzhou Milk Oolong and Athena's Blend. The former is absolutely delightful while the latter is soothing. I've drank a LOT of tea in my life but I was still enchanted by these two blends. I'll definitely be ordering more. I do wish the packaging wasn't so plastic heavy but that's one of my only criticisms.“

“I’ve been here a bunch of times but they keep adding new menu items to get excited for. They now offer rice bowls! Their banh mi’s are really good, the classic and pork skewer are my favorites! Nicely flavored meat with the right balance of fresh picked vegetables. The bread is crisp as it should be. Their drinks stay creative and exceptional! So many options you can even craft your own. I’ve tried nearly all of them and enjoyed every single on. Personal favs are the Thai sunset, lychee sunrise, and purple daze. The service is always amazing and really helpful, and you can dine in inside or outside or take out, order through an app to go. It’s casual and easy for a lunch break or really anytime!“

“New place. Came here via FB event, "Cars & Doughnuts". Small independent business. Pretty good mochi. I had a creme Brule mochi and a chai tea. I didn't like the Boba balls, tbh I don't get the fad surrounding them. Good service, they're gonna need more workers for sure, I can see this place getting popular. The chai was awesome, way better than any other place of recent memory. The mochi was good too, not too sweet like pastries you would find at a DD or Wawa. They didn't hurt my stomach and were quite pleasant. I will be returning.“
