“We love this place. We live in Philly, but just stumbled on it one day. Maybe it’s the owner, but a visit there feels like a special occasion . The appetizer of pita with a variety of dips is incredible, and filling. Next to come are dishes of souvlaki, falafel, lamb brochettes, vegetables, rice and salad. They are known for outstanding baklava (even for those who think they don’t like baklava), AND chocolate mousse. We have brought relatives and friends here from Washington, D.C. and Harrisburg, and all were thrilled .“

“Let me tell you I had the best experience at Chestnut Hill Brewing Company. I had my rehearsal lunch there for a large wedding party of 18. Alex Prost helped me from the beginning of this process to the end. He was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating. He went out of his way to correct an issue with our order and I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. The food was delicious and my party had a wonderful time! “Wonderful wait/ help! Gave my friend and me personal service when it was clear we weren't their usual type of customer. ( Two old ladies) We had trouble navigating the ordering screen and got help with that. The waiter got the volume on the music turned down a bit, brought us cups when we needed water due to the spiciness of our food, and even brought us bread to counteract the spiciness! 10 stars to him!“

“The first time I had Cava was 2 weeks ago and the steak was great. Today the steak was nothing but gristle and not edible. I had to throw it away because I couldn't chew it. The steak had no seasoning. It was horrible. I wasted my money. I drove 2 hours because we don't have one in our town. Plus the young man making my Steak and Feta Pita was incredibly rude. Definitely won't be back.“

Bri, the event coordinator, worked with me to customize my menu. She was extremely responsive to all my requests. Our server, Nick, truly made the experience exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout our buffet service, always there to refill drinks and assist the guests. The buffet itself was delicious! The only qualm was it felt the pizza wasn’t cooked enough to hold up with the toppings on it. Having said that I put too much on but my colleague had a composed pizza from their list and they said the same thing.

However, Maman drove us out of their restaurant with low quality service and a harassment in us being there for just one hour during our meal. Then we found Nudy's cafe. Nobody pushed us to leave after finishing our meal. My wife has a medical obligation and this is a welcoming place for me and my little girl to hang out while we wait for that to be over.
