“Stopped by today for lunch. Was VERY impressed. Im very picky about my tacos and prefer the more authentic ones. This place NAILED it! I also got the tamale they had on special, again the NAILED it! Tamales that good should make the regular menu or just have them as a weekly 2 day special. The service was excellent as well. The hot salsa she provided lived up to the "hot" end of things for sure. 10/10 recommend this place! Would love to see lingua on the menu as well as beef cheek tacos! Im not a small guy, but 2 tacos and 1 tamale filled me up pretty well.“

“The 5 stars rating say it all. I ate there the first year Chef Greg opened the door to the public. I've dined there from its earliest days until now. Pastas, meatballs and sauces are outstanding. I only wish they would bring back the Panna Cotta. The menu is limited but that's how the quality is maintained, this is not Pasta Too.“

They were very accommodating with any requests or needs we had and made the planning process a breeze. The venue is beautiful on its own and needs almost no decor added. I highly recommend KingView for any intimate shower, celebration, or event you have!“

“I just want to share my awesome experience at Roots Natural Kitchen. I had researched places where I could get a salad/healthy food option while traveling and Roots Natural Kitchen came up on my search. I have a nut allergy and I reached out to inquire about food allergens and food allergy precautions and recieved a friendly and timely email. Needless to say I felt safe eating at Roots Natural Kitchen. When I arrived at the store, I placed my order. I saw that the bowl would be more food than I wanted to eat and asked for the smaller sized bowl, not realizing that it was a kids size bowl. I am obviously not a child, but I wanted a smaller serving size and the servers obliged me and gave me the smaller sized bowl. I just want to state that I appreciate the kindness of the employees for not berating me for not knowing that I couldn't technically have that size and continuing to serve me. The employees went above and beyond when serving me and in the future, I will know to ask for a bowl and just simply split it with someone. Employee service was excellent and the food itself was tasty, nutritious, and allergen friendly for me. I'm so grateful for your hospitality and to have found Roots Natural Kitchen as an option when I travel.“

“The best all around! This has been my go-to spot as a perfect halfway point to meet up with my parents for a meal and it never disappoints. Their staff is friendly and food/cocktails are consistently great. Tonight we shared the “full swine platter” which was the perfect portion for 3 people & each element was 10/10. Atmosphere is charming and cozy. Cant say enough good things!“

“As I write this (nov. 15th), this location has literally only been open for one week, so please keep that in mind when you read other reviews referring to the wait time. And yes -- they were slammed all weekend of their opening week, for that reason alone, I felt as though they kept up with the demand the best way anyone could, although very very long, at least the line kept moving, that is more than I can say about a lot of fast food places that struggle with slow service. I feel as though given the circumstances, wait times (especially indoor) have not been entirely too bad and we have eaten it quite a few times already. Can't speak too much about any other menu items, but as far as friend food is concerned, it's always been fresh/hot and crispy. No complaints whatsoever! I understand there is nothing more frustrating than when your order is wrong at a fast food joint -- but please, people, give them more than a week to iron at the kinks or become well oiled! *referring to any reviews that happened before this one -- aka within their first week of business* Happy to have them in the area and really hoping it stays the nice establishment that it is!!! I recommend for anyone who is a LJS's fan! Welcome to the area!!“

“This place has great food. The wood fired pizzas are all good! We LOVE the loaded fries. The beer cheese is delicious. I think the food here is a hidden gem. Every time we go there, it’s empty and that surprises me. Maybe they need better advertising? I do think that if a place isn’t consistently busy that servers will move on. Waitress wage being $2.83 per hour still? This amazes me. Our server was Amanda and she was great.“
