We just ordered the spared ribs with fried rice and an egg roll. We forgot to get boneless spareribs. It would have had more meat than bone as the bone in was a bit tough.

“My son and daughter-in-law got married this past weekend Nov.1. we had catering fom Julianos. From start to finish Roseanne and Nick were absolutely 100% amazing! Roseanne helped me tweak the menu, made suggestions and answered any questions I had. The brides choices were tortellini Alfredo, chicken parm, meatballs, stuffed shells, and pasta with salad and rolls.The food was delivered on time..the delivery driver was great!.He went over the order and made sure it was all there. The food was delicious! we got so many compliments from guests! it was such a wonderful day and I would recommend Julianos 10/10 for catering your special day! (and any day for dinner too!) Live Fresh (Devlin) were very chivalrous, stepped in & reached out to assist GridIron Swag outside of their establishment. That goes to show what’s inside of the company. Good caring people = Pgh. I had to try the Super Bowl & the Green Goddess drink. I was embraced with kindness & feed with tasteful healthy food, Live Fresh is the whole package of a true community business. “They were out of crayons for the kids which was a bummer. Said they had been waiting on the delivery for over a week. If I was that owner I’d have bought crayons from Dollar Tree myself. “I live around the corner from Cilantro & Ajo & somehow have missed it for who knows how long (becsuse I always the other direction on Carson). A great discovery. Food that's not American, a little exotic -- not trying hard to be fancy. A fun place. I had the Reina Pepiada Arepa & would have it again. Flan for dessert. Very good. On Sunday they have a meaty soup that is reserved for Sunday & which reminded me of when I lived in Nicaragua for two months, many years ago, with a family. This soup was a Sunday special for the family.“

At the start of the semester, RMU sent an email about signing up for their birthday club to possibly win a cake! I feel so lucky, and the owners were such amazing, lovely people. We brought this cake to a friends house for soup cook-off. Although we were voting for our favorite soup, everyone agreed the lemon cake was the true winner - there were no leftovers! “This is our favorite Alddin’s location in Pittsburgh. The food is always delicious; kibbe, beef kafta rolls, Aladdin’s favorite combo, and baba gannouj are our usual picks. Atmosphere is warm and inviting. It’s easy for us to get to and has a parking garage across the street for easy parking. We have made friends with some of the staff and always love dining in. “This place is absolutely outstanding. They’ve been in business since the 80s, and when you walk in, it screams classic charm. I go into some bakeries and everything looks so tidy and boring - this place, you look at the stuff behind the glass and you KNOW it’s gonna be delicious. I had a birthday cake custom made for my wife, and it was perfectly baked. While I was waiting in line to pick it up, I was browsing what was available to munch on - I got an oatmeal raisin cookie for my wife and a pumpkin pie bar for myself - both were delicious. They are so friendly here and I love it. Can’t recommend it enough.“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“First time dining experience at Cedars Mediterranean Restaurant and we enjoyed everything we ordered. Lamb chops and Kabobs , Salad, Grape leaves ,Falafel, Humus, Lebanese Rice, Baklava and the best Rice pudding! A lot of food but we shared as there were 4 in our party. We all agreed that we would be back and try some of the other flavorful entrees they offer. The waitress, I assumed is co-owner, was very pleasant and helpful and willing to answer any questions regarding the menu. Not a fancy place but the food more than makes up for it. A must try!“

“The soups are usually pretty good. The only complaint I have is the wait times during peak hours. I tend to order only soup and a piece of bread, but the wait time on that can be over 15 minutes. It would be nice if orders like that could be filled at the register quickly, or while we’re in line trying samples. Overall I’d recommend Zoup, just get there before 12:00 or after 1:00 on weekdays“
