Not only is the menu full of delicious options but, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and the cafe is always very clean. There hasn’t been a question I’ve had that Michelle or Kate haven’t been able to answer for me. We decided a while ago to get their membership and it has been perfect for us. I look forward to smoothie Monday and bowl Wednesday every week, with frequent trips in between.“

The menu was largely compromised of breakfast type items like crepes, egg sandwiches and omelettes but they offered other things as well. I really liked the kitchen layout, which was visible from the main dining room separated by a stone island. “We just love the Karlton Cafe! We’ve been going since we moved to the area in 2013 and it never disappoints. Everything is fresh, plentiful and made with creativity. Service has always been consistent and welcoming! We enjoy knowing the menu always has our favorite staples as well as some seasonal goodies that keep it fun and enjoyable. Our 7 yr old son would like jack’s hot chocolate pancakes to be a permanent fixture on the menu ?“
“We went at 7AM on a Sunday for breakfast, and got to choose our seats. Apparently they open at 5:30AM everyday but the place was mostly empty when we arrived. The coffee only comes with the specials it seems but they did have a good variety for a cafe menu.Coffee and food were great, and didn't take too long to come out. Our drinks were refilled, and boxes given for take home what we couldn't eat from their large portions.“

Parking can be difficult, the location is sketchy and I definitely didn’t feel safe at all alone so either met people there or went with someone. Great little space just have to be careful and alert.“
“I ordered “The Golden Bear Sandwich” since I saw a review about it and I decided give a chance. I love it!!!! We also ordered the cream cheese and salmon bagel and the chicken tortilla soup. I have to say that those bagels were so soft and tasty. And the jam, turkey, cream cheese, salmon were so good and fresh (good quality) Everything here was really good!!The store was pretty clean, the staff were very nice, they have good price and the bathroom was pretty clean. So, if you are on your way home or in a road trip and you are near by, just come here and get it a try, you won’t regret it.“

They even have a slot machine on the logo but honestly I always thought it looked like a robot at a quick glance. Haha. Anyway, it's nice and clean inside. Employees were super sweet. Good coffee, and the cookie I had didn't taste homemade (was still good), but the price was $2.05 for a cookie and a 12 oz coffee so...I'm not complaining. Would come back for another cup of coffee if I needed one.“
