“Just tasted one of Tabors Farms’ Apple Crumb Pies. Once you get past the drizzled icing, then onto gigantic sweet crumbs, you get a hint of apple. Too much of everything other than apple. Tabora Farms seems like it can do no wrong food-wise but let me tell you this pie was the worst.“

“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

The amazing people who work there make the experience even better. They’re friendly, welcoming, and always upbeat, and they treat you like a regular and family the moment you walk in.

Their bakery items are amazing too. I always bring something home for my daughter and son in law when I’m in Philly, and she looks forward to it every time. I also pick up their dog‑bone treats for my dog and even the neighbors’ dogs — they all go crazy for them. (and I bring them some croissants - neighbors!) I am making this my birthday cake stop for now on. I'm sad that I lived in Warrington for 6 years and didn't know this tasty establishment existed. I'm going to refer everyone here! “I have a deep love for baklava and my mom came across Yia Yia’s online. So we made the trek to Colmar today. We got the original and the lemon. My mom has never cared for baklava, but she loves all things lemon, so it sounded like a good way to sway her. She was swayed! She loved it . I shared my original with her and she loved that as well. It is definitely next level quality compared to others I’ve had, not overly sweet or syrupy and just packed with flavor. Absolutely delicious! The empanadas, avocado or tomato toast, cookies and cupcakes were sampled during our last visit. Our little entourage will be returning to repeat this delectable experience. “I stumbled upon this store online since I go to McCaffrey's in Doylestown from time to time. I didn't know what to expect but I will say that the vegan cupcakes and chocolate bundt cake I got were excellent and the staff are very friendly. I am happy places like this exist that see the value in conscious eating for individuals or those who want a nice indulgence here or there for a special occasion or celebration. The sugar cookie was decent but the snicker doodle was REALLY good. I actually wished I had gotten more. Later in the day I ate the carrot cake cupcake and my goodness this was a 10/10. The cake was delightful and the icing texture, amount, and sweetness was perfect. I would highly recommend.“

“It was suggested by our friends that we stop by on our way home from their farm on Saturday. We had a little truck lunch including a slice of sausage pizza and slice of tomato pie, 2 pepperoni rolls and a piece of tiramisu. All delicious enough for us to go back inside a couple times leaving with: some dry pasta, marinara, and a cheese and parsley sausage wheel that we made for dinner that night. Do delicious. And bruschetta that came with some breads that, in hindsight , we should have got the bigger container of bruschetta that was the absolute best. “We had such a wonderful experience with Philly Pretzel Factory on Easton Road in Doylestown! They provided 100 pretzels for our son Zach and Isabella’s wedding at Terrain, which we gave to guests as a late-night snack as they were leaving the reception—and it was an absolute hit! The owners, Eddie and Michael, could not have been more accommodating. The day before the wedding, I dropped off two baskets along with our special “Tie the Knot” pretzel bags. Michael immediately put my mind at ease and told me, “No worries, we’ll take care of the packing.” And they certainly did! Michael even personally delivered all of the freshly packed pretzels to Terrain on the wedding day and didn’t charge us a delivery fee. His wife, Christine, was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. Most importantly, the pretzels were fresh, delicious, and enjoyed by everyone! They were the perfect late-night treat after a wonderful evening of celebrating. Even the bride and groom couldn’t wait to grab one themselves! Thank you to Eddie, Michael, Christine, and the entire team for going above and beyond and helping make Zach and Isabella’s wedding day even more special.
