“I get the same mocha every time and it’s usually spot one but the last time it wasnt been correct. I did send an email to the company and they responded appropriately. The staff is great and I will go back, but I will try it before I leave to make sure that it says it should be.Edit returned today and it was excellent!!“

“The staff are great at this location and this review is no reflection on the people. The surfaces of the tables feel sticky no matter how often or recently they've been cleaned. The upholstered furniture is really starting to show its age with an accumulation of permanent stains.In addition, even if I'm the only guest there, the Wi-Fi is intermittently slow to the point of being unusable. I really think this location would benefit from a bit of a technology/furniture refresh.“

“The young lady working right now is the first barista I've seen stop to wash her hands between taking an order & starting a drink. She deserves a gold star! And kudos to the manager here for keeping employees top-notch food safety trained.“
