“My husband and I went here to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. The food and service were outstanding! Our waiter was very attentive and he did a great job explaining. We got the 4 course meal. The clam bisque was flavorful and the presentation was impressive. It came in a bowl with just the clam and waffle sticking out of the bowl and then the waiter poured the soup in our bowl out of a hot pot. My husband who is not a fan of salads, ate the spring fin and feather. My filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, just as I requested. My favorite part is always dessert and I almost didn't have enough room to finish the chocolate blitz. The ambience in the room we were placed in was perfect for a romantic meal. I had the strawberry lemon margarita and my husband had a Maple Syrup Manhattan. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a delicious dinner experience!”

“4 Stars - Convenience and Atmosphere Are Key
The Foggy Goggle is an absolute must visit if you're in the area, less for a culinary pilgrimage and more for the quintessential mountain experience it offers. While the food and service were both perfectly fine (good, but not necessarily outstanding), what truly makes this spot a landmark is its unbeatable atmosphere and prime location.
This isn't just another ski-town eatery; it's a social hub. The place has a palpable buzz, a well-earned popularity that makes it feel like the heart of the action. Whether you're sliding off your skis right outside the door for a quick lunch or settling in for a drink, the convenience is unmatched.
The Foggy Goggle embodies that classic, lively ski-lodge vibe. It's one of those places that's well-known for a reason, it’s where everyone gathers. If you're looking for a lively scene, a convenient spot to recharge, and an atmosphere that perfectly captures the spirit of the mountain, you have to stop by. You go for the location and the vibe, and you stay because it simply feels like the right place to be.”

“My husband and I truly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Foggy Mountain Lodge. It was better than staying at a hotel. The grounds were beautiful, and the location was quiet. Our room was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed eating our breakfast in the Cedar Lodge living room with the beautiful stone fireplace. The rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend this beautiful place.”

“We ate here for the first time yesterday and everything we had was good! The vegetable soup was good and the bowl was a substantial portion. My bacon bleu burger was served on a gourmet roll and was done to perfection and really tasty. The drink I ordered had muddled watermelon with lime juice and moonshine. I would get it again. Pricing was what you would expect to pay. Lastly, the hostess, Sammy Jo was a perfect addition to the place. She gave you an "at home" feel, plenty of guests seemed to know her personally and she loved what she was doing- hard to find these days. Kudos to the staff. We will be back!!”

“Hidden gem of a restaurant off the beaten path between Ligonier and Latrobe. Affordable and family friendly. Fantastic cheese steak. Great pizza. Cute patio. An excellent spot for regulars or visitors looking for something off the main drag.”

“Picked up a big daddy yesterday and was happy with the results. I do not live in the area, and I'm no stranger to foxes pizza, however the foxes near me is really bad. It's like they are piloting premade shells or something. Tastes like cardboard and the cheese looks like plastic. I only tried this donegal foxes because we had to bring a pizza to a camp event and I was hoping they were better, and heck yeah they are. My faith in foxes is restored. I'm probably going to order here once every couple of weeks now that I know they are good.
The interior was super nice and clean too. Some areas to sit there as well which many would appreciate.
Is foxes pizza the best pizza out there, well it's a good pizza and far better than anything else in the Laurel Highlands. The pizza place under highlands market isnt bad but the sauce is weird. Rustic mountain is ok if you like really sweet sauce, I like slightly sweet but theirs is super super sweet. Dough girls on the other side of the mountain is ok. But they have serious consistency problems. There is acme pizza as well which is pretty good, but that's basically it. 7springs had good pizza then Vail ruined them and that entire resort. Foxes also has good subs but my last experience locally was terrible the last two or three times furthering causing me to write off foxes. So I'm curious how well donegal foxes does with their hoagies and wedges.”

“Pizza was very kid friendly. Had a sweet type of sauce on it. We went around Halloween and it was decorated very nicely! The picnic tables are outside to eat and they habe enough cover from the wind and roof to be able to eat there in latr October. The large pizza was very reasonably priced as well. Was enough for 2 adults and and 2 childeren with a couple peices for leftvovers. We will definitely be going back!”

“What a great restaurant. I was seated at the window to a beautiful view of the slopes. Then, treated to the wonderful buffet that had everything you could want—eggs, bacon, belgium waffles. Everything. Then, the server, Kathy, was the nicest person. Everyone working there was nice! Make sure you visit this restaurant!”

“We came to Seven Springs to take the kid’s snowboarding. We stayed close to Sullivan’s so decided to venture there for dinner. We ordered the smoked meat and it was the best! The owners take pride in their cooking and it shows. They make a lot of things from scratch. We highly recommend checking this place while you’re in the area. We would love to visit in the summer. They have an outdoor bar and deck that overlooks a beautiful creek. The atmosphere is cozy and casual. This is a hidden gem.”
