“I placed an order online. Due to a power outage, it wasn't ready at the scheduled time. The manager was very apologetic and added 2 complimentary slices of cheesecake to my order. I've been wanting to try the Reese's cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious! I've received great customer service during every visit to this location. We are so glad that LJS has returned to Washington, PA.“

“The franchise owner/Corporate needs to do something special for the employees of this location. They are swamped everyday at lunch time and ALWAYS make sure to go above and beyond when it comes to their service / customer experience! Great job, would highly recommend this location!!“

“Haven't been to fast food restaurants much until I had to travel recently, and this was not a disappointment. Fast service from a real person, food was hot and good 👍
Dining area was clean and quiet.
