Chicken Restaurants near Clifton Heights

“Haven’t been to a KFC in over a decade and wow this was good! Staff were quick and very nice/ helpful. Place was clean and manager was very nice and attentive too. Will be back! Food hot and fresh! 3 people ate dinner and we’re stuffed with leftovers for under $40!“

“We were waiting at the Philadelphia station and we ordered pick up from CM Chicken. I chose the spicy garlic sauce. Hands down best fried chicken I’ve had! Can’t talk about the atmosphere of the shop since we didn’t dine.
They did not have their waffle fries, which was quite a bummer.“

“I thought their claim of hot chicken sandwich could be bogus? They are the truth & definitely a spot to take a hot chicken sandwich fan too.“

“The honey garlic chicken is soooooo good and crunchy. The mango fruit ice tea was really good I didn’t know what to expect with the bobba added but so glad I tried it. The pickle radish was included with our chicken and I really like the flavor. I can’t wait to try other flavors.“

“Was amazing! Nice and crispy and fresh!!“

“I wanted to try something new and I decided to try Nanu's Hot Chicken, I couldn't believe how good it was, the chicken was so tender. I am 100% delighted“

“Food was well seasoned and tasty. Prices were reasonable. I recommend ordering ahead since there's no parking. The food at this establishment was exceptionally well seasoned and absolutely delightful. The prices were quite reasonable, making it a great value for money. I highly recommend ordering ahead, as parking can be a bit of a challenge. The overall experience was so pleasant, I would definitely return. I wholeheartedly endorse this restaurant for a satisfying dining experience.“

“Amazing establishment. First I want to recognize Naya for her amazing service. She is an extremely friendly and passionate person. Shout out to the cook Stefan for the amazing wings and sauces. Bathroom was extremely clean and smelled pleasant. Overall this place is an easy 10/10 to dine in and get some amazing comfort food. I’m drove from South Jersey and will gladly take this drive again. Thank you very much team!!!“

“Awesome fried chicken awesome collard greens 🫵 get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing chicken amazing flavor been here twice in a week 🔥“

“OMG 1st time today Got 5 breast n 4 keels Best Chicken I ever had n I’m 58 years old I’ll be back Super Friendly also 5 stars“

“I love this Chick-fil-A! Today I had an amazing conversation with a cashier name Anaya, she was very sweet and asked me and my friend about how our fall was and such. She has always been kind and helpful when I’ve come to this Chick-fil-A! Love the helpful staff and friendly atmosphere.“

“Thank you so much for having a place that offers a good meal for people like me....I have Celiac and haven't eaten out at a restaurant in years. I'm so worried about being cross contaminated and being safe at Lovebird made me happy. Finding this local spot in my son's college town made my day and I will be back again!“

“The food here is delicious, fresh and the portions are large. I recommend this establishment for a good take out meal. The customer service here is good also. I was served by Ben on my most recent visit who is polite and professional. I have been here three times and the food and customer service are consistently good.“

“Edit: the review below is from when this place was a Syrian restaurant named Bawabet Alsham. Don't know what it is now.

Would give 10 stars if I could. I've lived in the US for 11 years and went to plenty of Arabic restaurants all over the country, this is by far the most authentic that tastes exactly like food back home in Syria does. Every other so called Syrian/Lebanese restaurant (especially in Philly) should take a leaf out of this place's book.“

“I ordered because I was close and felt my sugar dropping so I needed something quick. I didn’t realize it was located in a gas station, but what a pleasant surprise! 😳

This is comfort food by definition, even better that it’s portioned well, reasonably priced, and served quickly. Delicious! 😋 I recommend the sandwich, fries, and chocolate smoothie. I would frequent Nanu’s if I were local.“

“I can’t even lie — Hot Clux got one of the best chicken sandwiches in the city. I’ve been there multiple times and they stay consistent every visit, no matter which location you pull up to.

My go-to is the Loaded Dirty Bird Special. That joint is seriously one of the best things on the whole menu — packed with flavor, filling, and just hits every time. If you don’t know what to order your first time, start there. Trust.

They also got great drinks to pair with your meal, and the quality of the food is always on point. Never had a sloppy or disappointing order from them.

If you just want a top-tier chicken sandwich spot that’s halal, this is definitely one of them. Straight up — super fire, and the fact it’s halal makes it even more“

“One of the best halal take outs I’ve had.
I drive all around New Jersey, Delaware and PA for work and I’ve tried many restaurants. This place has some of the best chicken and lamb platters.

I got both lamb and chicken. The chicken is their best it has cinnamon, nutmeg, saffron. I will probably go a little lighter on the white sauce next time, coming from someone who really enjoys white sauce. But the seasoning from the chicken really balances their white sauce and hot sauce.
The hot sauce isn’t too spicy at all it’s just right and adds to the flavors of the platter.

The vegetables were VERY FRESH. Nice crunch from green bell peppers. No wilting in the lettuce. Tasted like the veggies were picked that morning.

10/10 if you want a recommendation I would say try the chicken platter as most of the reviews recommended.

Also the guy that took my order was super nice and attentive.“

“I wanted to try something new and I decided to try Nanu's Hot Chicken, I couldn't believe how good it was, the chicken was so tender. I am 100% delighted“

“Simply incredible. As I indulged in my dinner each bite exploded with flavor. Although I did not want to share, I gave a bit to my friends and they offered me money for additional bites. Declining, I disregarded my surroundings and shoveled more food in my mouth. Chicken and fries falling out of my mouth; I was nonverbal. The sauce dripped down my cheeks, it felt like heaven splurging on my face. When I reflect upon this endeavor, feelings of joy, appreciation and love cascade within me.“

“I've tried a couple things from here and they're all absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious, made with love. My typical go to is the fish over rice, always super absolutely delicious.

Vegetarian options: Although not listed on menu, he has falafel and fries and it's generous and delicious.

Dietary restrictions: Halal and veg options“

“I am a real fiend for loaded fries and I've tried just about every loaded fry offering on this block, this is the best one. A lotta places are alright but they don't use the right fries and the whole thing gets soggy. Here everything stays crispy. Flavored great too and they don't screw you on how much cheese they give. Super nice staff as well.“

“The food is amazing. My family loves it. I love it“

“The line is always long. But the food is still delicious 😋“

“I ALWAYS enjoy the friendly team at Chick-fil-A.“

“Late cold night. Glad to find a spot open and good chicken and Mac and cheese. Cool ppl working there!!!“

“Give this Kevin guy a raise. Dudes flying around the dining room bringing stuff to everyone, cleaning all the tables, friendly chitchat and then cleaned up my table. Good to see chickfila still maintaining friendly and efficient service. IMO that’s what’s always separated them from the pack.“

“Chickfila is always wonderful, in my opinion. This one in particular is a little more popular and their will be a line, but that's okay it's worth it, and plus they have the new sandwich at this one.My son and I my dined in and had a 5 star experience. Ms. Cathy came around to all the tables and was a delight helping with trash and refills.“

“Service was great and the people are so nice! Fresh, authentic, delicious food. I love the wrap with pickles. This is my go to spot after a work day. Can’t beat it! Would give 20 stars if I could. Thank you guys for staying open on the late hours!!“

“I love chinese food period. But I like this hood corner chinese store because they have thee best chicken wings ever! They also have these tempura shrimp on a stick that are delicious! You get 5 ok sized shrimp in a batter for a dollar. Pricing is good too.“

“This is the Crack House of chicken places. The chicken is mysteriously amazing and they put Popeyes and Churches to shame. The biscuits are my drug of choice and I refuse to go to rehab. Unfortunately everything is behind plexiglass and the experience is impersonal upside they were extremely generous with condiments.“

“Very kind people they all treat me with respect and the food is just very good. I always order the cheesesteak combo from here and I gotta say it’s the best cheesesteak around the area, also the best crown fried philly, compared to others this isn’t dry and it haves a good amount of steak.“

“Despite the area this is great shawarma also every time I go in there those brothers are so friendly I have to say between the food and the service and the energy top notch! I stop here every time I pass through just all the simple fact of these reasons!“

“The crispy spicy with the elementary spicy is A1. Truffle fries one of the best around and great service“

“The chicken sandwich here has become my go-to lunch order, and I'm not disappointed yet. The breading stays crispy even after the ten-minute drive home, which is honestly rare for fast food. Service was quick during a moderately busy Tuesday evening, and the cashier got my order right without me repeating myself twice. Red beans and rice as a side is an underrated choice compared to the fries. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the lobby seating felt a bit sticky and could use more frequent wiping down. Still, for the price and speed, this place beats most quick-service chicken spots nearby. Would recommend swinging by if you're craving something spicy and crunchy without a long wait.“

“I love Popeyes! Great chicken and sides! Chicken is always nice and hot and biscuits are buttery and flakey. Chicken is crunchy. Just the way I like it!“

“my granddaughter and I loves popeye spicey chicken breast only the best I get good service I am regular customer,Manager DANIELLE ,is excellent courtesy friendly service with a smile“

“Fast, fresh hot and friendly! The women working today on 6 April for the lunch rush were great! Efficient, friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend. And the 🍓🍋🔥 the strawberry lemonade is out of this world.“

“Food is pretty good, prices are good as well, but the sheer variety you get is AMAZING. From chicken to nuggets, to fish, to need patties. . . And how you can mix and match is great too, with the many sides. My kids are picky, but we can all find something we like at Crown's.“

“I was waiting on the 39 bus and I decided to check there chicken sandwich out and let me tell you it was very delicious when I start biting in mine I mean it looks so good to the people that other people online what changing their orders and getting what I had so have you ever stopped by tell him to Guy ? snap sent you you won't be upset at all i went back and got chicken wings and they were extra good and season just perfect night school in brown skin complexion it was so crunchy and juicy almost didn't even need a soft drink so you go by you check it out remember God bless you all“

“The food there is great banging, great deals like 2 LG Pizza is only $18.00 Tax is already included. Great service especially this one young guy who works in the front he's polite he just knows how to do his job well that's customer service would give him a thumbs up 2 times over......Heather“

“Best chicken for taste, quality, and quantity for the price! One of the main reasons I don't frequent KFC as often as I used to is the high cost. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is the perfect cost effective way to have your chicken and eat it too.“

“This is the best chicken around. Great deals all the time. The girl cashier "Jackie is so pleasant and helpful. The manager is a really nice guy.“

“Chicken was crunchy and full of flavor, also came at great price, beats a lot of Popeyes. The male Indian American staff was friendly and helpful. One customer was odd, tried to attack other customers with a chair and a walking stick, he treated staff with bad manner too, please be careful.“

“Tex's Chicken & Burgers location on Woodland Ave has good staff members that prepare the food with care about quality and quantity. They make sure you have enough food for what you have paid for. The store has plenty of seating area and also a side parking for their own customers. Keep up the good work 👍“

“I am always satisfied when I come here- the service is always fast and friendly. They only have a few booths but they always seem to have one open when I choose to dine in. The drive thru is always popular but moves really quickly. And it’s always clean inside. Great place for a fast food option on Broad Street. Thanks for all your hard work to all of you at Popeyes!“

“This is the spot for 5 star fried chicken cooked to order HOT ? FRESH dropped and excellent service and quick service. Can't go wrong here at this location of NY fried chicken . The BEST in CHESTER.
