“Best experience I've ever had as a customer! I've gone here rather frequently since I work in the shopping center. Today was the most amazing day. I'm at work and started to get hungry but I only brought one card today and the account only had a few dollars in it because it's not my main checking account so I figured I'd get a pretzel dog and a cheese cup and call it a day. The account was a few cents short of the total and they gave it to me anyways for the price of the pretzel dog. To the young gentleman that helped me out today. Thank you so much for your kindness. I've been so stressed out with Christmas and am working a 12 hour shift with no food for lunch and you guys just saved my day. It meant the world to me thanks you guys! ?. This is my absolute favorite place to get pretzels if you're looking for a good place to fill your hankering for pretzels this place is a 100/10! I recommend this place whole heartedly.“

“I wanted to inform the Phoenixville/Montgomery County area that this location is by far the best in the business. My family and I visited this clean friendly and organized business and it impressed. The service was accurate the customer communication was pleasant. Not to mention the owner he was such a friendly man he even gave our young kids a quick tour. They all went above and beyond to accommodate us paying customers. Our family loves the great tasting food they create on a consistent basis and we go miles out of our way to eat here rather than the other Philly Pretzel Factory locations that are closer. “I arrived just 10 minutes before closing hoping to find some pretzels to take to my son and daughter-in-law who live out of state. Not only did I find pretzels, but I also found a manager, Destiney, and another employee, Marissa who were cheerful and went above and beyond with service!! Even though it was almost time to close, they took time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Their friendliness and kindness were much appreciated!“

“A shot out to the employee who opened the door at 3:05, 5 min after the posted closed, as I was turning away after trying the door before reading the current hours. I'm diabetic and was feeling off and needed something to get me going again. You were extremely helpful in my day.“

“We arrive at the store at 10:50 a.m. I didn't realize that the store didn't open until 11:00. We shopped at a nearby store and then went back for pretzels. As soon as we walked in the staff told us it would be about 10/15 minutes before the pretzels were ready. The staff was patient with me while I ordered and paid. They told me again the pretzels would be ready in 10. I asked if we could hang out in the store and they asked if we could come back. Looking around the store I could understand that we would have been in the way. They did apologize that we couldn't wait in the store. Walked around and returned in 10 minutes. Pretzels were coming out of the oven and being bagged up. The staff held a nice conversation with us. We got our pretzels and headed home. Overall a pleasant experience“

“You think they are all the same..... apparently not. We eat Aunt Anne's at every mall we visit. This mall has the BEST. What makes them the BEST is the size. I can only hope other places would follow suit. Now I feel this is the only place I may ever get them. Now when we pass one I will always look at the size and now compare them to theirs, LOL.“
