“They have the best ice cream and shakes. They are a little expensive but well worth it. We've gone there for years and are regulars. Tonight was kind of shocking. We got a bunch of take out and 1/2 gallon of peanut butter Fresh banana ice cream. We got home and it was freezer burned. We gave them a call and they said, " thanks for letting us know" so in the garbage it went. I don't really understand how that's possible because everything is fresh. Of course we'll still go but won't be buying anything to bring home again.“

“I’m not local to this area, but stopped in today while visiting a relative who recommended it. There are so many interesting flavors, it was hard to choose! I ended up getting Peanut Butter Crunch Explosion in a waffle cone. I’m normally not a PB ice cream fan, but this flavor was perfect and even tops my all time universal favorite, Moose Tracks. The waffle cone was delicious and you could tell it was homemade. I also picked up some Cake Crunch topping from their selection of toppings and premade ice cream items. They had a lot to choose from! I’m unsure of the name of the young lady that helped me, but she was very kind, patient, and pleasant to interact with. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!“

“My hubby and I decided to take our family for ice cream, (4 adults and 4 grandbabies) after our visit to the Philly Zoo. The associates working there today (7/29/24 @ 4:45pm) were absolutely wonderful. They were patient and kind, took everyone's order perfectly. “All ice cream is very good, have been coming here for awhile now. There is one concern I have. I saw the owner putting his bare hands in the pop corn machine and eating out of his hands. Being I am a longer time health care provider, I see quite a bit and am very conscious of keeping things clean. In addition, there were no clean tables, had to eat the ice cream outside or in the car.“

“Great as ALWAYS!!!! Ice cream was fresh and delicious. My husband ordered a Banana Split. I called it a Banana Boat (I’m from the Bronx). The look on the employee’s face was pure confusion (sorry lol). My daughter had the Raspberry cup and I had an ice cream taco (which I shouldn’t have gotten -diet)! Omg!! So delicious!!!

“Always loved their ice cream. It's so good. Many styles to choose from . Shakes , hard ice cream and soft, ice cream sundaes. Etc. I had the best cone ever too. With chocolate covering it and sprinkles and chose 2 different hard ice creams for it. Moosetracks and Cookie dough. With chocolate syrup and sprinkles. It was delicious. Highly recommend them. Especially for their great choices and yummy ice cream. It's a great place to stop at in any day for a good cold yummy snack. Try it out sometime. You'd enjoy it.“

“My granddaughter and I stopped here on our way to our new apartment. I got her a cup and I got a chocolate cone. She took a bite of my cone waiting for her flavor to be made, so the gentleman told me to take a bite and hand it back to him. So I did and he topped it off for free. You just don't find too many places like that anymore. Can't wait to get back in the area for another visit“

“This Rita’s is hands-down the best in the area. Open year-round, it’s a go-to spot no matter the season. There’s indoor seating for chillier days and an awesome outdoor area with shaded tables—perfect for enjoying a treat in the sun.

The flavored custard options are fantastic (seriously, try them!), and there’s always plenty of parking—so convenient. I’ve never had to wait in a long line, which is a huge plus when you’ve got eager kids in tow. The staff are also awesome with kids, they're always willing to add sprinkles to my kid’s water ice—even though it’s not the norm.“

“We do a lot of traveling and like to sample ice cream on our different trips. By far Claude’s Creamery has the best ice cream! It’s a very friendly atmosphere, the staff is always courteous, (a real rarity today) and is very inexpensive for a family. It’s always the bright spot on our trips to Palmerton! 5-Stars“

“They were out of root beer and the no sugar added ice cream. They had no other no sugar added options (I'm diabetic). We got our ice cream and the strawberry Sunday wasn't made with anything on the list but strawberries 😔 no cake, no sauce. The girls working were polite and upbeat. Decor was super cute and lots of choices in the cases just sadly they were out of what we wanted. Would stop again but would not go out of the way for it!!“
